WELCOME TO OUR VENDEAN RESIDENCE, 10 MIN FROM THE BEACH, CLASSIFIED 3 STARS

Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside a few kilometers from the sea, in this spacious single storey house of 120 m2. You have a pleasant garden of 2000 m2 closed and landscaped, with a playground for children (slide, swing). Children and 4-legged companions will enjoy the terrain safely. A barbecue, built in stone is available for pleasant evenings on the terrace in summer. The house can accommodate 6 people. A supplement will be required for 7 people. Provision of bikes for free, to fully enjoy the many walks around.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, und die Gastgeber unglaublich nett, aufmerksam und zugewandt – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das WLAN funktionierte perfekt, was heutzutage ja nicht selbstverständlich ist.Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen, gepflegten Grundstück, das sich ideal für unsere drei Hunde eignete – sie konnten sich frei bewegen und hatten genauso viel Spaß wie wir.Die Umgebung ist einfach herrlich: Man kann wunderschön wandern, die Natur genießen, und der Strand ist wirklich einzigartig – weit, sauber und mit diesem besonderen französischen Charme. Außerdem gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, in denen man hervorragend essen kann.Frankreich macht einfach Spaß – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Même si située en bord de route, maison calme avec très grand terrain bien orienté. Confortable, bien aménagée et surtout un propriétaire au top, très accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Océan et campagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort. Le jardin offre un havre de paix à la campagne. Tout est fait pour que les enfants puissent s'y amuser. La proximité des plages à moins de 10min en voiture est un atout permettant de cumuler le charme de la campagne avec la beauté de l'océan. Notre de hôte est à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Das Haus ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt um Ausflüge an den nahe gelegenen See, oder ans Meer und seine verschiedenen Strände zu unternehmen. Auch die Städtchen waren touristisch interessant und ihre Restaurants sehr lecker. Am meisten haben wir mit unseren 3 Hunden den wunderbaren, abgeschlossenen Garten genossen, leider waren unsere Kinder nicht mit, Sie hätten das Trampolin und die Slagline geliebt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder, Danke Alexandre für deine unkomplizierte , freundliche Betreuung 🙋🏻‍♀️

Merci pour votre accueil fort sympathique. La maison est très agréable à vivre, idéale pour passer des vacances dépaysantes. L'équipement est complet, tout est à disposition (machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, congélateur, équipement internet et vidéo, vélos...). Notre jeune chien fugueur a plus qu'apprécié le jardin ou il a pu se dépenser en toute liberté dans cet espace parfaitement clôt. Bref, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Une adresse à retenir !!!

Nous venons de passer une semaine avec nos quatre petits-enfants dans cette maison bien équipée, conforme au descriptif. Le terrain bien arboré, clos, avec une aire de jeux pour les petits est vraiment un plus. La météo étant très belle, nous avons vécu surtout à l'extérieur avec la visite des poules et du chat adorable!! La maison est bien située : à la campagne mais à deux pas de la ville et des plages. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux . Nous recommandons cette location aux personnes ayant des enfants.

Trés bon séjour

Très bon séjour. Les propriétaires très sympathiques, souriants et ouverts, de bon contact. Logement agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de vrais vacances tranquilles (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge notamment, TV et multi-média en cas de mauvais temps, vélos à disposition, cuisine complète, il ne manque rien). Le grand terrain, un vrai régal pour nous et le chien. La visite des poules et chats était fort sympathique, le troupeau de vaches qui passait au fond du jardin a énormément intéressé le chien. Les propriétaires sont fort sympathiques Nous conservons l'adresse pour un futur séjour, nous avons encore des choses à faire, une semaine c'était trop court.

Très agréable séjour en Vendée dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée, correspondant tout à fait au descriptif ! Très grand espace à l'extérieur, clôturé pour le plaisir de nos compagnons à 4 pattes. Accueil très agréable par les propriétaires, à l'écoute et discrets. Très belle région à visiter. A relouer avec plaisir si nous revenons en Vendée.
