Séjour à Prenovel

Excellent acceuil, nous avons trouvés les prestations annoncée et même plus. Tous était sur place afin de cuisiner (ustensils, casseroles etc)

Petits bémols !

Si dans l’ensemble ce séjour a été une réussite sur le plan familial, il est dommage que certains détails logistiques soient venus entacher notre quotidien! Vu le prix demandé, il n’est pas normal de faire des courses pour palier aux manques d’objets nécessaires à un usage habituels dans une maison ( impossible de faire une mayonnaise puisque pas de moutarde….détails insignifiant certes mais vu le kilométrage demandé pour s’en procurer, c’est regrettable ! ) Difficile de se diriger dans un sous-sol non éclairé puisque applique défectueuse sauf en se servant de la lumière de notre téléphone portable ! Cette situation se répètera à l’extérieur arrière puisque le lanterneau est défectueux ! Je m’étendrai pas plus sur le nombre de chaises qui font office de "culbutos” plutôt que d’assises solides et stables ! Prendre une douche et risquer de glisser sur le sol carrelé car absence de tapis de sortie, c’est regrettable ! Sans parler du manque de sacs dans les petites poubelles, ce qui vous incite à en acheter, on se demande si les propriétaires ne sont pas dans une démarche "jemenfoutiste”? Mais le "pompon" de tous ces petits griefs, je vous le concède, c’est le manque de savoir vivre du livreur de linge qui malgré la présence des locataires, pénètre sans autorisation dans notre logis du moment, sans nous en avertir ! Nous aurions été en ballade, il prendrait la liberté de rentrer comme bon lui semble! Voire de visiter les étages à la recherche de……? Petits bémols !
