For your holidays in Brittany, the TY COAT PISCINE cottage is ideally located in the heart of Morlaix bay.
PLOUGASNOU - Facing CARANTEC and ROSCOFF between the tip of FINISTERE and the GRANITE ROSE COAST.

Very nice semi-detached wooden house, with an exceptional view of Morlaix Bay from all rooms. Private aquatic area inside the house.
You can relax by taking advantage of the private indoor pool (depth 1.40m) heated all year round.
A small fully enclosed garden, facing south-west, will allow you to enjoy the sun until sunset. Nearby, the GR 34 hiking path will meander you along the coast and its beaches. You will embark by boat from the port of Diben located 2 km from the house to the Château du Taureau. At the end of the dead end you reach on foot the very sheltered beach of Ty Louzou. You can reach the restaurants (crêperie / mussels fries / pizzeria / seafood) in Terenez in 15 minutes on foot.
You will enjoy from your sofa a superb view of the bay of Morlaix, its islands and the magnificent sunsets.
Picturesque village at 4 km, fishing port at 3 km and restaurants at 2 km, local market on Tuesday morning.

Comfortable house in good location

We felt very comfortable in the house. The pool and the proximity to a beautiful little beach were the highlights for our children. The house was clean and the service was excellent. A little more equipment in the kitchenware would have been nice. All in all, an excellent vacation for us.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjours dans cette location. L’emplacement est idéal, il y a une très belle vu mer. L’accès au GR et aux plages très facile et rapide sans prendre la voiture. Le gîte est aussi très bien équipé pour y rester se reposer ou profiter en cas de mauvais temps. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, et reactifs en cas de demandes. Attention à l’arrivé prevoyez des courses car tous les besoins minimum ne sont pas couverts ( eponges, sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre... )Attention aussi la partie jardin clos est très petite et ne concerne pas la totalité du terrain visible sur les photos.

Malgré un temps bien maussade, nous gardons un excellent souvenirs de nôtre séjour et le gîte y est pour beaucoup, son emplacement est juste exceptionnel, une vue à couper le souffle, juste à côté du Gr 34 pour de belles balades en bord de côte, . Quand au gîte lui même, il est excellent, tant par ses équipements, que le comfort de la literie et bien sûr sa piscine et le billard ! Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et bienveillance. Nous y retournerons avec joie.

Sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Highlight ist der Indoorpool. Die Lage ist fantastisch - absolut ruhig. Strände und Wanderwege sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer gewährleistet und sehr nett!

Ein absolut perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen richtig perfekten Urlaub , es war einfach alles stimmig, das Wetter , die Umgebung und das allerbeste war das Haus mit allem nötigen Komfort und einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Bucht von Morlaix. Die Nähe zum Meer war perfekt , wir konnten jeden Tag mit unseren zwei Hunden am Meer spazieren gehen. Unsere Vermieter ( Agnes) war richtig nett und haben uns bestens versorgt. Vielen Dank für alles und wir werden auf jedenfall ( wenn wir dürfen )wiederkommen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in grandioser Lage

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Zugang zum tollen Pool ist hervorragend für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geregelt. Kindersicher abschließbar und vom Wohnzimmer gleichzeitig perfekt einsehbar. Den direkten Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus haben wir ebenso wie unseren gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Agnes begrüßt. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Möbel sind funktional. Der Pool und der Billard haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Der Blick ist toll. Der GR34 ist in wenigen Augenblicken zu erreichen.

Que dire de plus que parfait logement impeccable emplacement formidable et cerise sur le gateau une piscine chauffée et nous avons même joué au billard. Traumurlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus liegt 5-10 Minuten Fußweg nahe mehrerer Strandbuchten und zum Küstenwanderweg Gr 34. Der Pool ist schöner als auf dem Bild und grenzt direkt an das Wohnzimmer, getrennt durch eine Glasschiebetür. Der Billardtisch war eine Bereicherung. Von der Terrasse kann man auf die Bucht schauen und den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Die Möbilierung ist zweckmäßig und erinnert an Ferienhäuser in Dänemark. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (180x200), ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit kleinerem Bett (140x200) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Bucht von Morlaix ist wunderschön und bietet tolle Ausflüge. Es gibt in der Umgebung viele naturbelassene Strände und nicht weit in Primel-Tragestel befindet sich auch ein überwachter Strand. Es gibt eine Buslinie, die von Strand zu Strand fährt. Plougasnou ist ein liebenswerter bretonischer Ort mit Café, Metzgerei und Bäckerei sowie einem Supermarkt. Dienstag ist Markttag und abends gibt es Konzerte. Es lohnt sich, das Tourismusbüro zu besuchen. Dort bekommt man tolle Tipps und bspw. Karten für eine Bootstour zur Ile de Batz. Einfach schön!

Ein großes Dankeschön für Ihre Wertschätzung und es ist immer wieder schön zu wissen, dass das Ferienhaus und die Region zufriedene Urlauber haben. Es war eine Freude, Sie kennenzulernen, und vielleicht ist es eine Freude, Sie wiederzusehen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Traduction : Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la maison de vacances. La maison de vacances se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied de plusieurs baies de plage et du sentier de randonnée côtier Gr 34. La piscine est plus belle que sur la photo et est directement adjacente au salon, séparée par une porte coulissante en verre. La table de billard était un atout. De la terrasse, vous pouvez admirer la baie et admirer le coucher du soleil. Le mobilier est fonctionnel et rappelle les maisons de vacances au Danemark. Il y a une chambre avec un grand lit (180x200), une petite chambre avec un petit lit (140x200) et une chambre avec deux lits simples. Nous avons bien dormi. La baie de Morlaix est magnifique et offre de belles excursions. Il y a de nombreuses plages naturelles dans la région et il y a aussi une plage surveillée non loin à Primel-Tragestel. Il y a une ligne de bus qui va de plage en plage. Plougasnou est une jolie ville bretonne avec un café, une boucherie, une boulangerie et un supermarché. Le mardi est jour de marché et il y a des concerts le soir. Il vaut la peine de visiter l'office de tourisme. Vous y trouverez de bons conseils et, par exemple, des billets pour une excursion en bateau vers l'île de Batz. Juste magnifique!

La baie de Ha Long

Dix jours de bonheur dans cette agréable maison avec piscine à 29 °, une vue très large sur la baie aussi belle dans la brume que par beau temps, un lieu apaisant, zen, petites plages et sentiers au bout de l'impasse titillent la curiosité pour découvrir cette belle région et profiter de beaux coucher de soleil. Agnès nous a accueilli chaleureusement et généreusement , vraiment c'était parfait.
