Tambo House Bay is an exclusive villa in Alto Salento, just a few meters from the crystal-clear sea, set within 1,000 sqm of private pine forest. THE SPACE
Pineta Apartment
Upon entering the Pineta Apartment, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere where light wood meets natural materials and refined details. The three bedrooms, furnished with soft fabrics and neutral tones, offer a peaceful and comfortable retreat for up to 7 guests.
The spacious, bright kitchen benefits from large windows that let in plenty of natural light and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances: induction cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher. A sound system enhances convivial moments, while WiFi and TV ensure entertainment and convenience. Every space is designed to convey a sense of well-being and functionality, perfect for a family holiday or a stay with friends.
Terrazza Apartment
The Terrazza Apartment offers breathtaking views over sand dunes and Primitivo vineyards, with the distant sound of the sea completing this oasis of tranquility. The four bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets, provide total comfort for up to 10 guests.
The interiors feature light tones and minimalist furnishings that enhance the natural brightness streaming through the large kitchen window. Preparing meals here becomes a sensory experience, accompanied by views of the surrounding park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, and fridge with freezer, designed to meet every culinary need in a setting of pure relaxation.
Outdoor Areas and Pine Forest
The true heart of Tambo House Bay is its 1,000 sqm private pine forest, a lush green area where guests can relax on outdoor sofas or enjoy meals around the large ceramic table for 18 people. Outdoor spaces are perfect for hosting parties, aperitifs, or simply enjoying nature in complete privacy.
The area is also ideal for pets, who can run and play freely. The nearby beach, with crystal-clear waters and gently sloping seabed, is perfect for families with children, ensuring safety and fun. An internal parking area for up to 5 cars adds further convenience.
GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is simple and flexible from 5:00 PM. Guests will receive all necessary instructions prior to arrival. Keys are handed over directly by the owner or a designated representative at the villa.
GETTING AROUND
The villa enjoys a strategic location for exploring the wonders of Puglia and Salento. All guests receive a road book with detailed information and Google Maps links on things to see and do, recommended restaurants, and places to find local products such as masserie and wineries.
The road book also describes all the exclusive Tambo House Experiences available during the stay. Within a short drive you can reach beautiful beaches, nature reserves, and charming historic villages. Easily accessible by car are Pulsano, Taranto, Manduria, Grottaglie, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Matera, and many other destinations.
The area offers plenty of traditional restaurants serving authentic Salento cuisine, as well as shops and essential services. Surrounded by greenery, the villa is ideal for those seeking relaxation without giving up cultural discovery and local beauty.
