Kleine stille Einraumwohnung in abgelegener Lage.

Kleine ebenerdige Einraumwohnung (ca5m x5m inklsive Bad (3mx1m) mit hübscher Veranda davor (5mx2m). Anfangs nicht ganz leicht zu finden. Nächster Supermarkt in ca 1.5km Entfernung. TV nur in spanisch. Nette Vermieter.

Appartamento situato in una zona strategica, dalla quale si raggiunge qualsiasi parte dell isola in meno di venti minuti con motorino. La casa si trova a pochi minuti da San Ferran dove potete trovare supermercato, bar e ristoranti. Appartamento piccolo ma ben arredato, e pulito. All’esterno una piccola loggia dove mangiare e sdraie su cui riposarsi. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole! Il proprietario estremamente disponibile e gentile, ne vale la pena !

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento per 10 gg, si trova in aperta campagna senza rumori e frastuoni della vita notturna di Es Pujols dalla quale dista circa 2 km, si puo raggiungere solo in motorino o in taxi. Appartamento ben pulito, al nostro arrivo era presente il figlio del proprietario ad accoglierci in modo gentile, ci ha spiegato e mostrato la casa. L'alloggio ha una piccola cucina comprensiva di stoviglie, lavatrice (esterna), condizionatore, asciugacapelli ecc. Non sono forniti i beni di prima necessità come la carta igienica, olio, sale, aceto, sapone per le mani, sacchetti immondizia. Bisogna comprare tutto dalla A alla Z.

Tranquilla ed accogliente

Abbiamo trascorso io e il mio ragazzo 11 gg in questa casa a Formentera a settembre..in zona molto tranquilla ma poco distante da Es pujols e le spiagge più belle. Miguel, il proprietario, una persona molto disponibile e gentile. A metà settimana ci è stato fatto il cambio lenzuola e pulizie. Tutto perfetto! Laura & Roberto
