Lovely apartment and a great value

The apartment is located in an incredibly convenient area of Rome, with all of the major tourist locations within walking distance. There is also a restaurant that is very popular with locals and a grocery store steps from the apartment. The host was very communicative and helpful. Note that internet service in the apartment is spotty, so be prepared for that.

Nice roomy apartment in a great location.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, sitting room, and mini kitchen. Spacious and convenient to all major tourist attractions.

Holiday trip

We stayed here between Christmas and New Years. We were very comfortable as a family of five staying here. The owner was so helpful and responsive. He even set up our ride to and from the airport. Check in was so easy. We even got to meet him while we were there. Very spacious place and we loved the charm of the older building . Great location to a small market for food right outside this apartment. We also walked a lot of places from here and sometimes took transportation to things that weren’t as close. I would stay here again.

Perfect location!

Had a great stay in Rome. This property is in the perfect location. Just minutes to pantheon, trevi fountain, coliseum, nearly everything. Vatican is a quick bus ride or taxi. Lots of room, great air conditioning. Highly recommend!

A beautiful apartment right in the center of Rome

My family and I had a wonderful time in Rome, thanks to this beautiful home. After spending all day walking around it was nice to come back to a cozy space where we can sit, eat, and relax.

Plenty of space and perfect location

The apartment was perfect for our extended family group- everyone had their own spacious suite. Pierfranco is super responsive and we were grateful for the airport transfers. We walked to everything except the Vatican, which was a simple direct bus ride, and we ate at the lovely restaurant downstairs (Enoteca Corsi) for a couple simple and tasty meals. We'd definitely stay again.

Great Property and Great Location

A perfect fit of three separate suites for our family. The location could not have been any better for a general visit because of the central location. Everything within walking distance is hard to beat. We had high expectations and they were fulfilled.

Perfect for your family of all ages

This apartment is a dream...it is really like three separate apartments with their own bathrooms. Perfect for privacy at the end of a long day of sight seeing. Family harmony! Lovely period decor. Excellent beds! We were three generations and it worked beautifully. Would stay again and again.

Suburb location

Our family travels a great deal. We usually stay at the Minerva Hotel in Rome, right at the Pantheon. This apartment is similarly located and so much better for three generations versus three hotel rooms. It provided privacy for each age level while allowing us to congregate together. Highly recommend the concept and this apartment.

Location couldn't be better. Convenient to all major attractions. Spacious rooms. It was like having three mini apartments in one apartment. Air conditioning was excellent as it was needed when we were there. Hit almost 100F! Host super responsive and polite. Would stay here again.

A fantastic location, but a bit noisy. Our only complaint was that it wasn't well-equipped. Within a day, we had to buy toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels.

Great location!

Great location and apartment is spacious and has all the essentials. It is 3 separate spaces with doors off a main corridor. Each has separate AC controls and bathrooms/kitchenettes. One caution: apt is on third floor. Never found elevator. I am sure it is there but have been told it can only take 1 person at a time and is old. Building is older and far from perfect. But the apartment is fine and you can’t beat location. Taxi is available a few blocks away. Small coffee cafe proved useful on the same street.

Three apts in one!

Highly recommend for large families or couples wanting to share a VRBO! We took our 4 kids, 11-17 and this place was perfect. There were 3 spacious rooms that had its own back room and each separated by doors. Everyone had their own space after long days of sightseeing. It was centrally located and not too far from public transportation. Pierfranco did a great job providing info prior to check in making the check in process smooth! He also helped arrange transport from the airport.

Spacious, Clean and Well-located

Location really can't be beat. You can walk to all the major sites. There is a supermarket literally accross the street. Tons of dining options within a 10 min walk. The one downside is that construction is going on in the unit above. Pierfranco made sure that they never started before 8 and were always done by 3. That made the first two days a bit brutal as we were adjusting to jet lag. Otherwise, we loved it.

Wow...What a place!!!

To say we enjoyed our stay here is an understatement. From the communication from Pierfranco (which was fantastic), to the location and size of the apartment...it was in a word, incredible. Clean, with huge bedrooms and bathrooms, including 2 kitchens. Our family of 6 had more than enough room and enjoyed the apartment fully. This place is only 3 mintues from the Pantheon and more restaurants than you could ever eat at. We loved the location, the fact there was a grocery store across the small street and a wonderful Caffe just steps from the door that you can get espresso and pastries in the morning. Well done Pierfranco...you made our Rome stay a wonderful experience. Grazie Mille, Ciao!

Ample space in a CENTRAL location

Three of us stayed here and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. This is very unique for such a central location and much appreciated. Everything is in walking distance and it's a perfect location to explore the major attractions in the historic center of Rome. The third bedroom doubles as the living area, so there's a compromise for that person, but it worked well for us. The corner location of the apartment on the 3rd floor (4th floor USA) provides windows on two sides that face streets. This helps to fill the apartment with light and lets you feel like you're a part of city. With the windows open, the view is straight down Via Del Gesu, so you don't feel cramped staring right at another building. The grocery store and coffee shop just outside the building on the same street were welcome bonuses to this location. I'd recommend for those looking for a central location and a roomy apartment.
