Located 4 kilometers from a village with grocery store, bakery and excellent butcher shop in Santa Reparata di Balagna, 15 minutes from Ile Rousse (2 beaches and daily market) and 25 minutes from Calvi via a beautiful mountain road that opens to Lumio.(No traffic) .From many beaches near Ile Rousse with the first track of the Desert Agriates, Ostriconi.
Horseback riding 9 kilometers in Monticello, diving school and sailing school (catamarans, jet skis and buoys) in Ile Rousse, paragliding on Ozzari.
Many walks and hikes arrow to neighboring villages.

Fantastic place to relax and to explore Corsica

What a fantastic old mill in the middle of a valley, opposite to a Fromagerie. Quiet, surrounded by nature, still with good connections to great spots in the north of Corsica. The rooms are very clean and equipped with special furnishings, the kitchen is well equipped ,too. A nice little terrace with lemon and cumquat trees invited to relax. The friendly owner is very helpful (speaks fluent German). We would love to come back!

Wunderschön restaurierte alte Ölmühle, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, spricht hervorragend deutsch, Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet, jedoch deutlich kleiner wie sie auf den Bildern wirken und aufgeteilt auf zwei Häuser.Wohn- / Esszimmer dunkel und wenig gemütlich was bei gutem Wetter aufgrund der schönen Außenanlage nicht schadet. Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestatten, allerdings wenig Platz. Schlafräume mit Doppelbetten und Bäder sind sehr gut. Der Raum mit dem Etagenbett hingegen ebenfalls wenig einladend. Kein WLAN. Raumhöhen und viele Stufen sind für größere Menschen und Menschen mit Behinderungen kaum bis nicht geeignet. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist geschönt. Man braucht etwa 20 bis 25 Minuten Fahrzeit bei 12-13 km. Ruhige Lage für Erholungssuchende empfehlenswert, gute Restaurants und auch Weingüter in der Nähe. Einkaufen / größere Bäckerei jedoch auch 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt in L'Île-Rousse.

Eine kleine Oase

Besser kann man nicht leben. Eine wunderschöne alte Mühle, die liebevoll renoviert wurde. Ganz individuell und mit viel Stil. Sehr geschmackvolle Doppelzimmer. Wir wurden morgens mit einem tollen, abwechslungsreichen und liebevoll angerichteten Frühstück verwöhnt. Hatten als Nachbarn ein Schleiereulenpäärchen. Authentische und hübsche Dörfer in naher Umgebung und viele schöne Strände in Reichweite. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam, fürsorglich und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

Kleine Mühle mit Erholungsgarantie

Die hübsche, kleine Mühle ist mit sehr viel Gefühl restauriert und liegt traumhaft eingebettet in schönster Natur. Marie und Patric haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und auch unsere 2 Hunden waren willkommen. Marie hat uns viele gute Tips für die Erkundung der Gegend gegeben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr diskret und wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre. Trotzdem waren sie bei Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Die Ruhe, die gute Erreichbarkeit der schönen Strände, das leckere Essen in den Dörfern und natürlich die Mühle mit ihren Besitzern haben dazu beigetragen, dass es ein rundum toller Urlaub wurde! Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Lovely place

Wir wollten einen ruhigen Ort, ausserhalb des Touri-Trubels. Das haben wir auch bekommen. Dennoch sind nette Restaurants und einige Dörfer umd Städtchen gut, in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Im Sommer bleiben die Temperaturen in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Eigentümer sind super freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen und Tipps gegeben. Sehr süsses und nettes Feriendomizil.

Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen! Alles was schön vorbereitet. Die Mühle ist rustikal aber sauber! Leider sind die Zusatzkosten für Endreinigung (80 €) und die Bettwäsche (pro Person 10€)nicht angegeben worden, sollte auf der Buchungsplattform nachgeholt werden. Wer absolute Ruhe mag ist hier genau richtig! Gute Ausgangslage zu Wandertouren oder zum Meer Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Séjour de charme

Beaucoup de cachet pour ce Moulin du 18e siècle, plein de charme et très calme, en pleine nature et entouré de montagnes. La proximité de Calvi et de l'Ile Rousse est un atout supplémentaire, ainsi que celle des jolis villages de Balagne. Un séjour juste parfait !

Marie-Noelle et Patrick nous ont très bien accueillis avec mon conjoint et notre chien, et ont été de très bons conseils pour le déroulé de notre séjour en Corse. Ils ont fait un travail extraordinaire dans la rénovation des deux moulins. Ce lieu, idéalement situé à proximité des plages et de la nature, est rempli de vie et de beaucoup de charme. Un séjour ressourçant en pleine nature

Un séjour ressourçant et chaleureux au petit moulin de Campiolu. Le feu de cheminée apporte un moment coconing et amène à la lecture et au repos. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût et disposent chacune de leur salle de bain et de leur propre terrasse, ce qui est très appréciable. La literie est d'excellente qualité et le calme absolu du moulin permettent des nuits reposantes. Proche de nombreux villages de Balagne et de la mer, son emplacement est idéal pour visiter les alentours et se régaler dans les restaurants de qualité excentrés de la côte. Allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus et très bien accueillis par Marie-Noëlle qui apporte toutes les informations/recommandations dont vous aurez besoin.

Merveilleux!

Une maison splendide -ancien moulin à huile rénové avec de beaux matériaux et beaucoup de goût- où on se sent immédiatement bien. Beaucoup de calme et de sérénité au milieu d'une nature sauvage et splendide (chênes, oliviers). La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée. Mme Mantrand, la propriétaire, charmante et très disponible, nous a donné des conseils précieux pour découvrir La Balagne. Comme la maison, cette région est pleine de charmes : balades en montagne, randonnées sur la côte et dans la forêt, baignades (même fin octobre!), visite de petits villages perchés, de chapelles isolées... En face de la maison au bas de laquelle coule une petite rivière (rien ne manque, vraiment!), excellent fromage de brebis à la ferme. Beaucoup d'autres délicieuses surprises gastronomiques non loin... Bref, un séjour merveilleux, dans une région et une maison merveilleuses. Mon mari, nos 3 enfants et moi-même avons hâte d'y revenir!

Un espace de calme et de nature

A quelques kilomètres de l'Ile Rousse et de la plage, au coeur de la magnifique région de la Balagne, un espace au calme et dans la nature. Des magnifiques vues sur la montagne et le village de San Antonino. Voisin d'un domaine vinicole de qualité, le domaine de Maestracci et d'une agricultrice très sympa. Un superbe séjour dans un beau moulin confortable et authentique.

Ce vieux moulin restauré avec respect, est un vrai bonheur pour des vacances paisibles, au cœur de la campagne corse, très bien situé pour visiter la Balagne. Tout est là pour que l'on se sente bien , les vieilles pierres, des ambiances intérieures créées avec sensibilité, les terrasses à différents niveaux qui permettent de se poser à l'ombre ou au soleil. On disposait de tout le confort nécessaire et le gite était très propre. La propriétaire, très à l’écoute et disponible, nous a renseigné sur plusieurs lieux à visiter, restaurants et ballades. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce gite, surtout en périodes de forte chaleur estivale ; l’épaisseur de ses murs en garantit le maintien de sa fraîcheur. tolles Anwesen in völliger Ruhe

Wir haben in der Mühle einen tollen Urlaub verbracht (Paar) - das Anwesen ist sehr großzügig, wunderschön und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es fehlt nichts an der Ausstattung und es entspricht alles den Angaben. Wer die Ruhe und Zeit für sich sucht ist hier genau richtig. Supermärkte, die schönen französischen Märkte in Ile Rousse, eine Bäckerei, Restaurants (10 Min Autofahrt) und die schönsten Strände sind in 20 min Autofahrt zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mme Mantrand war sehr angenehm und sehr nett. Auch ihr Dorfhaus in Santa Reparata in dem wir noch ein paar Tage verbracht haben, ist nur zu empfehlen.

Einfach perfekt

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Söhnen (12 Jahre) eine super tolle Woche in der Mühle verbracht; leider zu kurz. Aber zuvor und danach war die Mühle bereits ausgebucht!!! Die Mühle liegt sehr, sehr ruhig und doch zentral um beispielsweise in 15-20 min Autofahrt sehr schöne Strände zu erreichen. Das Gebirge im Hintergrund ist einfach malerisch bei Sonnenuntergang. Alles ist in der Mühle liebevoll arrangiert und die Küche ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, weil einfach alles perfekt war und die Abwicklung, telefonische Nachfrage, etc. mit der Vermieterin ebenso perfekt war. Herzlichen Dank für die entspannte und erholsame Zeit in Ihrer Mühle.

Rund um gelungen

Von uns (2 Personen) wurde die kleine Ölmühle (sie befindet sich an einer wenig befahrenen Straße in Richtung Avapesa auf der linken Seite) bewohnt. Der erste Eindruck bestätigte die Vorstellung vom Inserat, die durch die Fotos entstand. Die "Kleine Mühle" ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle nötigen Geräte vorhanden. Das Kochen auf dem Gasherd ist selbst für Ungeübte kein Problem. Auf der Terrasse läßt sich herrlich frühstücken und dem Greifvogel (wir nannten ihn Bartez) beim Jagen zusehen. Das Schlafzimmer im hinteren Bereich ist gemütlich und hübsch eingerichtet. Es gibt einen begehbaren, wenn auch kleineren, Kleiderschrank, in dem sich alle Kleidungsstücke für 14-Tage unter bringen lassen. Das Bett war für uns bequem. Morgens kommt an einigen Tagen ein Vogel (Dohle) und klopft mit seinem Schnabel an die Scheibe. Das offene Badezimmer mit einer sehr schönen Dusche und Waschmaschine ist ebenso gelungen. Die Toilette ist extra hinter einer Tür. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Bereich im vorderen Teil neben der Küche mit einem wunderbaren alten Holztisch, an dem man bei schlechtem Wetter zusammen sitzen kann. Schade war, dass eine gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeit (Couch oder Sessel) nicht vorhanden war. Das alte Sofa war etwas zu klein für zwei Personen und schon sehr durchgesessen. Von der Mühle aus lassen sich Wanderungen direkt in die nähere Umgebung beginnen. In die nächste größere Stadt (Il Rouse) ist man mit einem Pkw in 15 min gefahren. Entlang der Küste befinden sich verschiedene Badebuchten, die alle ihren ganz eigenen Charakter haben. Im Ganzen war die "Kleine Mühle" sauber und gepflegt und wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr entspannt und für Menschen ohne Französichkenntnisse von Vorteil. Sie kann sehr gutes Deutsch und so konnte ein Stromproblem (nach einem Gewitter) schnell und einfach gelöst werden. Auch war sie stets telefonisch erreichbar. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jeder Zeit weiter empfehlen und auch wir werden nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein.

Tolles Haus, gute Lage

Die Ölmühle ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und liegt ideal für sämtliche Ausflüge in der Balagne. Das Haus ist eine Hügelkette vom Meer entfernt. Zwar ist man ca. 15 Minuten im Auto bis zur Küste, dafür kann man aber dem Trubel schnell entfliehen. Von der Nachbarschaft hört man nur die Schafe und Esel der Bauernhöfe. Die Treppen in und um die Mühle sind für ganz kleine Kinder (4 und jünger) nicht geeignet. Der Kontakt über die Vermieterin bzw. mit dem Hausverwalter vor Ort verlief schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Wein des benachbarten Weingutes (nicht billig, aber sehr fein!) und das Olivenöl, dass am Campingplatz kurz vor Avapessa verkauft wird.
