Grandiose Aussicht

Danke Lia für den Aufenthalt in deinem Haus. Super freundliche Gastgeberin, für Fragen stets erreichbar. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, auch bei Regen bieten die grossen Fenster einen tollen Ausblick. Es ist ein älteres Haus, aber sauber gehalten. Für Kleinkinder etwas viele Einrichtungsgegenstände. Hat man aber auf den Fotos gesehen, daher kein Problem. Gerne wieder einaml!

Perfect week in Elba!

Wir waren in dem Haus für eine Woche. Das Haus ist sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Es entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist perfekt um verschiedene Strände zu besichtigen und für Sightseeing. Emilia und Rita waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in einem sauberen, gemütlichen und mit Liebe eingerichteten Ferienhaus genossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war perfekt, um viele verschiedene Orte und Buchten auf Elba zu erkunden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben zu fünft Anfang September eine wunderbare Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, besonders beeindruckt hat uns vor allem die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben uns auch sonst wohl gefühlt, da das Haus sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Emilia ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die Kommunikation verlief immer einwandfrei. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die umliegenden Hügel und die Bucht von Portoferraio. Wir können das haus definitiv empfehlen und freuen uns bald wieder zu kommen!

Lovely house with a view and garden

We were a family of four staying in this lovely house perched up in the hills near Portfoferraio. It was a great location, close to many beaches. Fully equipped and lots of space. Great for spending evenings in, which we did with small kids. The owner was so nice and gave us many helpful tips. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a quiet refuge with beautiful views.

bellissima vacanza all'Elba

La residenza si trova in una zona tranquilla, è accogliente, spaziosa, molto curata, ha una bellissima vista sul golfo di Portoferraio, ideale per trascorrere una vacanza di totale relax. Posizione strategica a metà strada fra Portoferraio e Porto Azzurro, in pochi minuti si raggiungono sia le spiagge di Lacona e Norsi a sud, sia quelle di Bagnaia e Schipparello a nord. E' anche vicino al Golf.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort und dieses Mal für 3 Wochen und mit 6 Personen und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Ruhe, der wunderschöne Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von Portoferraio und die zentrale Lage auf der Insel, dass man überall schnell hin gelangt. Im Haus ist es angenehm kühl und es weht auf dem Hügel immer ein Lüftchen, so dass man auch bei heißen Temperaturen gut schlafen kann. Vielen Dank an Frau Griffini und Rita, die immer sehr fürsorglich für ihre Gäste sorgen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf Portoferraio. Es ist absolut ruhig. Meist weht ein laues Lüftchen. Trotz extremer Temperaturen bleibt das Haus innen kühl. Zum Kochen ist die Küche angenehm groß und die Aufteilung und Größe der Zimmer ist perfekt. Im Garten gibt es immer ein Schattenplätzchen, so dass man eigentlich zu jeder Tageszeit draußen sitzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Domizil auch weiterempfehlen.

Great house in a fantastic spot!!

I stayed in this house for 7 days and it was great! The house is on two floors, really clean and offers lots of room and places to relax after a nice day at the beach. It also offers a beautiful view of Porto Ferraio's Bay which you can enjoy from the front garden of the house while cooking some meat on the barbecue and chatting with friends watching the sunset. I definitely recommend this house! Last but not least the hosts are great and welcoming!! And will help with any problem you might have.

Schönes Haus mit Traumblick

Schönes Haus in toller Lage! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl im Haus, Ausstattung sehr komplett - auch wenn das haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Betreuung sehr gut, Haus wie in Beschreibung geschildert, zentrale Lage und mit viel Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, herzlichen Dank an Frau Griffini!!!

Una bellissima terrazza su Portoferraio

Casa grande. Comoda e accogliente. Forse un po da rimodernare ma funzionale e pulita collocata in un luogo bellissimo dal quale si vede tutta Portoferraio. Completa di tutti i confort. Pur essendo innun condominio, tenuto molto bene, assicura ampia privacy con ampio giardino. Menzione particolare la gentilezza e disponibilità della Signora Emilia e della signora Rita.

ruhige Lage - trotzdem alles bequem erreichbar

wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben uns in dem großen, ruhigen, aber auch etwas älteren Haus sehr wohl gefühlt .Mit schönem Blick auf die Nord und Südküste kann mann mit dem Auto verschieden Strände in 10 bis 15 min. erreichen. Für Wander und Fahrradfans ein Paradies.

Decisamente un soggiorno di gran soddisfazione. Casa confortevole, comoda e razionale. Cucina adatta per la preparazione di pranzi conviviali. Bellissimo giardino con vista mozzafiato su Portoferraio. Vicino alle più belle spiagge dell'isola,ma Fuori dal caos .

Cosy house, fantastic & quiet spot, top quality!

The house is located on the hills with a great view on Portoferraio, the main town of the island Elba, and its picturesque bay. Nearby is the wonderful golf course of Acquabona. Within a couple of minutes drive to a number of beaches, both on the northern as well as on the southern part of the island. A quiet spot, great outdoor facilities and a private parking lot. All in all we had a beautiful experience!

L'Elba felice

Nonostante il tempo sia stato variabile la vacanza è stata bellissima,grazie anche alla casa molto accogliente, grande e ben attrezzata. Persino i bambini erano felici di passare qualche ora (di pioggia!) in casa a giocare nel grandissimo salone che si affaccia sul giardino. La posizione è ideale sia per lo spettacolare panorama sul Golfo di Portoferraio sia come punto di partenza per le nostre gite all'interno dell'isola. Le tre camere da letto sono arredate con gusto e semplicità, essenziale per una casa di campagna. I due bagni accanto alle camere sono ampi e puliti. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata e il bagno a piano terra è comodissimo soprattutto per chi come me ha bambini che non devono così fare le scale di giorno. Nelle giornate di sole abbiamo potuto godere del bell'angolo del giardino attrezzato con un grande tavolo e comode panche per i nostri pranzi. Spero di tornarci d'estate per godere maggiormente il giardino.

Vista impareggiabile da una casa super!

Che fortuna aver trovato la casa dei nostri sogni: l'interno accogliente arredato in armonia con il giardino sia nei colori sia nella praticità (ho due bambini!!!). Cucina attrezzata al meglio con comodo ingresso dal giardino per le nostre cene all'aperto. Ma ciò che piú ci ha entusiasmato è il risveglio al mattino con una vista inimmaginabile sul golfo di Portoferraio dalle finestre delle camere da letto. Facile da tener pulita, molto comoda da abitare! Il giardino con l'angolo attrezzato per il barbecue e il grande tavolo di legno per cene con gli amici hanno reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile! Speriamo di tornare anche quest'anno!!!!!!

Una bella casa con vista incantevole ma....

Una bella casa circondata dal verde con una vista incantevole! Abbastanza buono lo stato di manutenzione e pulizia ma i locali di servizio (cucina e lavanderia) andrebbero riordinati. Assolutamente da sostituire sia reti che materassi che, essendo molto datati, non consentono un livello minimo di comfort.

Per quanto riguarda reti e materassi prendo atto e sarà mia premura sostituirli al più presto. Per quanto riguarda lo stato dei locali cucina e lavanderia debbo invece dissentire . La sig.ra ha contestato la presenza di troppi oggetti in giro. Nel locale lavanderia Vi erano esclusivamente oggetti lasciati a disposizione degli affittuari: ferro da stiro, stenditoio, asse da stiro, acqua distillata, mollette per la biancheria, nonchè set di salviettine per il lavabo, saponi per la lavatrice, che normalmente risultano molto graditi (con un soggiorno di una settimana non si è obbligati per una lavatrice ad acquistare il detersivo); in cucina vi erano, sempre per uso degli affittuari, barattoli vuoti per biscotti, spezie di vario genere, aceto e olio , anche questi sempre molto apprezzati.

Ottima Isola, Splendida casam magnifica vista

Ciao a tutti, a fine maggio sono stata in questa splendida casa con 7 amici. Siamo rimasti entusiasti, non siamo mai riusciti ad affittare una casa cosi bella e con quel prezzo, una vista meravigliosa sul golfo di Portoferraio, grigliate in giardino e cucina accogliente, pulita e spaziosa, salotto più grande di come si vede in fotografia, le camere arredate con buon gusto, tutte molto luminose, riuscivamo tutti a sentici a casa! Le spiagge e i paesi intorno tutti bellissimi! Ci torneremo l'anno prossimo

Wir haben uns in dem Haus...

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Es war ein fantastischer Ausblick und ein wunderschöner Garten. Ein paar Teile in der Küche waren schmutzig, aber dafür war sie extrem gut ausgestattet.
