Villa of very high standing SPA and SWIMMING POOL Heated with overflow (the rolling shutter of the swimming pool and the isothermal cover of the spa allow to keep the water at 30 °), very functional with large picture windows, very well equipped, ideal for passing independent holidays for several couples; exceptional 360 ° view of the sea (Pinarello Bay) and the mountain (needles of Bavella) which can be enjoyed from large shaded terraces located on either side of the villa. The land of 2700m2 planted and planted is located less than 5 minutes walk from the uncrowded beach of Ovu Santu and 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Pinarello. The villa is composed of 7 air-conditioned bedrooms of approximately 15m2 each with 6 en-suite bathrooms, all of the windows are fitted with mosquito nets, a large living room, a mezzanine, a US kitchen, a kitchenette and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. It has two buildings connected by a covered patio. The infinity pool (4.5 x 10) is with salt filtration; it is protected by a rolling shutter and by safety nets in compliance with standards. There is no shortage of activities on offer: Bowling green, American billiards, Table tennis table, Table football, Swings, Weight training machine, Badminton games, Basketball hoop, 2 sea kayaks, Library, four televisions ... A spa is located opposite Pinarello Bay and can be used all year round. Quality services, teak furniture and numerous pool loungers, sleeping up to 16 people with high quality bedding, two cribs, two folding beds, 2 high chairs, two strollers, small bath, playpen and baby lounger are at your disposal. Nous sommes venus du 29 octobre au 5 novembre, et avons pu profiter d'un été indien dans un cadre idyllique. La villa a une vue panoramique à couper le souffle, et la plage est à 10 minutes à pied ou 3 minutes en voiture. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont vraiment un vrai plus, appréciables à tous les moments de la journée. Bref, cette villa est incroyable, nous y sommes allés à 15 (8 adultes, 7 enfants de 3 à 12 ans) et nous avons tous eu des étoiles dans les yeux.

Ein schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung und Gehdistanz zum Meer. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Mit dem beheizten Pool, dem Jacuzzi, dem Tischtennistisch, dem Billardtisch, dem Basketballkorb und der Boulebahn fehlt es an nichts, um gemütliche Tage beim Haus zu verbringen! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte sehr gut. Sie kümmerte sich darum, dass es uns gut geht und an nichts fehlt. Ein kleines Minus: Als wir ankamen, konnte das Garagentor nicht geöffnet werden und daher auch der Tischtennistisch und die Kanus nicht nach draussen genommen werden. Die Vermieterin versuchte das Problem zu lösen - die Reparatur konnte jedoch erst nach unserem Aufenthalt vorgenommen werden. Und der Pool war zu Beginn etwas kühl, wahrscheinlich weil die Heizung erst kurz zuvor eingeschaltet wurde. Nach zwei bis drei Tagen war die Temperatur dann angenehm. Insgesamt ein wunderbares Haus! Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke!

A perfect villa for a three-generation holiday

A long-awaited family celebration holiday passed happily in this excellent villa. The description is surpassed by the reality. For example, electric blinds on bedroom windows making the nights dark and quiet. The morning reveal of a wide vista of the sea and coast from the main bedroom was amazing. Excellent kitchen equipment and so much of it. Nothing was lacking. The pool was a perfect temperature and is self-cleaning. And enough throughout to keep each generation happy. Plus a beautiful garden. Thank you to the owners for making this villa available.

Ein sehr schöner Villa, die Küche ist super eingerichtet und auch die Einrichtung der Schlafzimmern ist sehr gut. Zimmer 5, 6 und 7 sind leider etwas düster weil sie teils im Untergeschoss liegen. Das Kinderzimmer, Zimmer 7 mit den Kajütenbetten ist eher für etwas ältere Kinder oder Jugendlichen geeignet da es nur einen direkten Zugang von draussen hat. Unsere Enkelkinder waren zu jung um sie darin einzuschliessen ;-). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden das Objekt sicher weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Auch für Kinder sind viele Sachen vorhanden. Die beiden Pools sind toll, inkl. professioneller Wartung. Lage und Aussicht sind herrlich. Es wäre schön, bei der Größe des Hauses einen großen Gas-Grill zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin kann leider nur in französisch erfolgen. Insgesamt ein tolles Anwesen und zu empfehlen.

Des vacances de rêve pour toute la famille

Nous venons de passer deux semaines inoubliables dans cette magnifique villa. Nous étions en famille -- 3 générations réunies sous le même toit, avec un bébé de 20 mois et la maison s'est avérée être le lieu parfait pour tous. Nous avions chacun notre espace grâce à la petite villa séparée. Notre fille était comme à la maison, tout l'équipement (et les jouets!) nécessaire pour un jeune enfant étant disponible sur place. Nous avons donc pu faire le voyage sans être encombrés, ce qui nous a énormément facilité la vie. Les adultes ont également passé des vacances de rêve grâce au jacuzzi, à la piscine, au home cinema et j'en passe. La piscine chauffée a permis à petits et grands de se baigner quel que soit le temps. Les propriétaires de la maison, absolument charmants et adorables, nous ont donné en avance toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin ce qui a grandement contribué à la réussite du séjour. Nous avons de plus pu utiliser sur place le cahier mis à disposition par nos hôtes contenant toutes les infos pratiques, trucs et astuces, conseils de visite - tout étant superbement bien pensé pour que nous n'ayons pas à nous soucier de faire des recherches. Nous tenons également à souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité de nos hôtes qui nous ont donné une tranquillité d'esprit totale et nous ont fait nous sentir chez nous. Enfin, et surtout, la maison est sublime - une vue à couper le souffle, des aménagements incroyables, un jardin splendide -- nos parents, passionnés de plantes et de jardinage, ne se lassaient pas de se promener et d'admirer la grande variété de plantes. En bref, un sans faute, et nous ne pouvons que recommander à d'autres vacanciers de venir pour des vacances inoubliables. Rien ne manque à l'appel! Nous espérons avoir la chance de revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa luxueuse, fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos !La piscine et le spa chauffés étaient un vrai délice. Le calme environnant nous à permis de nous ressourcer. Nous avons alterné des excursions dans la montagne toute proche et encore enneigée à certains endroits avec des après midi à la plage ! Avril en Corse, c'est le paradis ...

des vacances paradisiaques

un séjour sublime dans une villa luxueuse conçue pour préserver l'intimité de chacun. nous étions une famille de 12 personnes : grands parents - parents - enfants et nos vacances familiales seront inoubliables. La vue mer est à couper de souffle dès qu'on arrive sur la pelouse mais de surcroît on a pu profiter de splendides couchers de soleil sur la montagne. Les commerces de proximité à Sainte Lucie sont amplement suffisants et nous ont évité les courses fastidieuses dans les hypermarchés de Porto Vecchio. Quant aux restaurants au bord de l'eau à Pinarello, là ausi, inutile d'aller très loin pour passer une très bonne soirée. Nous comptons repartir l'an prochain car nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir...

séjour familial très réussi

Que d’améliorations depuis nos dernières vacances passées dans cette villa il y a deux ans ! Le nouveau spa à débordement avec la vue sur la mer est une réussite totale ainsi que la terrasse aménagée tout autour. Le coin des enfants avec les balançoires et le hamac sous le grand chêne liège est un lieu idéal par les grosses chaleurs. L’agrandissement du terrain de pétanque a été très apprécié par nos amateurs ainsi que son éclairage de nuit. J’oubliais le plus important : la quasi absence de moustiques à l’heure de l’apéro ! Nous avons appris que la région avait été traitée et quel soulagement pour certains d’entre nous…Autre nouveauté dans les prestations proposées cette année : les repas de Rosa portés à domicile qui nous ont permis de déguster des spécialités corses comme les lasagnes au brocciu et le veau corse aux olives. Un vrai régal !!! Cette villa est un petit paradis sur terre et nous sommes toujours ravis d’y revenir régulièrement avec toute notre petite famille. Les équipements pour les bébés sont à présent très utiles à nos enfants. Villa que je ne peux que recommander à des familles qui veulent profiter de vacances en compagnie de leurs enfants et de leurs petits-enfants.
