Over 1,600 square feet of open living space with high 9-foot ceilings on desirable South end of Marco Island. Enjoy intercoastal water views of Huron Bay out your window, with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a short two block stroll to the white sands of the Gulf. European marble flooring throughout, AC system, high marble vanities, plantation shutters, wood molding, 3 TV's. Fully equipped Unit: beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, tennis rackets. Building has a pickle ball court right out back!

We’ve designed our home to reflect the calm, relaxing feel of Marco Island living. Solid teak dining room table which seats 8, with a view of the water. Our condo includes two large bedrooms with TV's, a Full Size washer and dryer; the master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, HDTV, and intercoastal water views. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, TV. The condo’s two full baths include marble vanities with high profile toilets. Bathtub in master bath! Living room seats 6 comfortably and has a LEDTV, Sony stereo sound-bar cable, and free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your beverage on the fully furnished lanai where manatees, pelicans, osprey and dolphin are often seen playing in the bay.

Florentine Gardens offers many amenities; large outdoor patio, swimming pool, lounge chairs, jacuzzi, full tennis court, pickle ball courts, outdoor grills, tables, bathrooms, shower area, docks, fish cleaning area, two elevators, car wash area, large covered portico and a lobby. The spacious grounds are full of many mature palm trees, flowers, professional landscaping and quiet space. Entire building freshly painted April 2022 and a New Roof in March 2022. Kayak launching dock with direct access to canals, 10,000 islands and gulf.

Without leaving the island, you can enjoy fine or casual dining, bike rental, deep sea fishing, parasailing, jet-ski rental, two full marinas, boating, beachfront hotels, spas and shopping. If you want to venture a little further Naples is 18 miles away with many golf options. Everglades National Park and 10,000 Islands are also great travel destinations that will be fun for any guest.

Paradise

Property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the pool and canal. Not much boat activity as it is the end of the canal but we did see 2 manatees next to the dock. It was a walk to the beach without a beach wagon or cooler. There were several activities that guests were invited to (bunco, cocktail party, fish fry and ice cream social). Very nice property

A Restful and Calming place

We really enjoyed our stay in your home and were very comfortable there. Loved the labeling that you have done as it just made getting used to everything so much easier. . And everything was there that we would have needed to cook, etc. The location is great, it is quiet and the view was great. Loved sitting and watching the water and the people. So, thank you for sharing your condo. And we also need to send a high-five to Mike as a wonderful photographer. So, keep up the good work. Karen & Peter

Great location and comfortable Unit

The condo was very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The grounds are well maintained, the pool area roomy with a nice club house we didn’t use. We found the residents to be very kind and welcoming. There is a very nice pickleball / tennis court and a small community of pickles who are open to play or practice. The owner of the condo was very easy to work with and we had no issues.

Property was as pictured and described. Nice view and excellent location in South Marco. We were very comfortable during our one month stay. Would return without hesitation.

We fell in love with Marco Island on our very first visit. We've traveled all over Florida and the US, but this is the place we call home. We reside in the Atlanta area, but were both born and raised in Minnesota, proud University of Minnesota graduates. We've lived all over the U.S. with stops in Chicago, Southern California, South Carolina and now Georgia.

Why they chose this property

Fantastic South-End island location, easy beach access, fishing and quietest spot on the island. High 9-foot ceilings and open floor plan give our condo the feeling of a large home. This is not your typical small condo. Full size bedrooms. Full Size Large kitchen with dining table and double trey ceiling. Owners are a phone call, text or e-mail away and very responsive.

Intercoastal Water View. Highly Desirable South-End Beach. Docks adjacent to building. Walk to Caxambas Marina & Park where you can launch your boat, kayaks, jet skis, fishing charters, picnic tables to enjoy a meal, get bait and fish. On Collier County bus line. Short Walk to the Gulf Beach, movie theatre, numerous restaurants, shopping and more. Kayak launch dock.
