This new and stylish apartment is located at 10 minutes by foot to the best beach ideal for swimming called River Side beach, in 15 minutes by foot or five minutes by car to the historic centre, a magic lakefront, Villa Melzi gardens, Lido solarium and dance club, ferry, shops… and all best restauraunts.
An Ideal apartment for a couple, in a building with a relaxing garden around and parking in front of propriety.
A spacious living/dining area with table, four chairs and a sofa bed ( transformable in a double bed only on previous request ), a television, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, a modern induction cooking system, a refrigerator/freezer.
A separate double room with a double bed, a wardrobe space, the windows in dining room and in double room have a view to the flowers in the garden and a mountains around.
There is a bathroom with wc, bidet, hair dryer and a large shower. The apartment is provided with air conditioner & wifi free,
At the exit from your building in only a fews steps you arrive in garden around your apartment with deckchairs and relaxing area. There is a partial lake view from garden!
Parking free is located in front of entrance garden,
