Near Aix en Provence, 8km, in the countryside, at the foot of Sainte Victoire, near the sea (30 minutes by car) Gorges du Verdon (40 minutes by car), and the Luberon (40 minutes by car ) an architect villa in a particularly quiet and unspoiled environment where you can enjoy the pool in peace.
Direct departure hiking and mountain biking in the Sainte Victoire massif with magnificent views of Lake Bimont.
4 bedrooms, a large room of 30m2, bed 160, flat screen, bathroom and dressing room, bedroom with a bed 140 shower room and toilet, a room of 15 m2, bed 140 and possibility of a bed d additional extra, finally a fourth bedroom with two beds 90 (trundle bed) and a third bathroom with bath. Fully equipped and functional kitchen, Playground with slide, swing and trampoline on 1200 m2 of garden. Terrace naturally shaded by an old oak and barbecue. Contemporary pool (size 11m / 3.50 with a paddling party for children).

A fantastic séjour in Provence

Fabulous week in Provence

Sophie was a brilliant host and Seb translated wonderfully. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was flawless. Beautiful house close to Aix

We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious, with plenty of room for everyone and everything you need for your holiday home. The garden is secluded with plenty of shade for hotter days. The pool was great to come home to and to cool down in. The location is ideal- surrounded by beautiful countryside with clear views of Mont Saint Victoire but only 15 minutes from Aix with its beautiful shops, restaurants and lively night life. It’s also ideally situated for trips to all the key sites in Provence including Avignon, Arles and the beautiful coastal area of Les Calanques. Sophie the host is helpful and quick to reply to any queries - the bottle of rose on arrival was much appreciated. We all had a great time and look forward to returning in the future.

Une semaine au pied de la Sainte Victoire

Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cette jolie maison, moderne bien Ă©quipĂ©e et fonctionnelle. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillante et disponible. L’emplacement est idĂ©al pour activitĂ©s de randonnĂ©e ou vĂ©lo mais un peu isolĂ©e des commoditĂ©s. Pas gĂȘnant Ă  notre niveau mais Ă  savoir quand mĂȘme. Piscine avec petite plage trĂšs agrĂ©able et pratique lorsqu’on a des enfants. Je recommande cette location.

Super séjour de retrouvailles en famille. 8 adultes, 2 bébés.

Nous avons passe 2 trÚs bonnes semaines. La maison est trÚs agréable à vivre. Nous avons adoré la zone pateaugeoire de la piscine, idéal pr les enfants et pr lire un livre tranquilement. Le trampoline et la balançoire pour les enfants étaient tops. Les chambres spacieuses (a l'exception d'une chambre d'enfant, mais nous étions avertis). Les propriétaires ont été trÚs disponibles pr répondre à nos demandes et besoins! Je recommande fortement cette location !

Superbe propriĂ©tĂ© idĂ©alement situĂ©e avec vue sur la montagne Sainte-Victoire depuis la piscine. A un jet de pierre du lac du Bimont, l’accĂšs aux diffĂ©rents sentiers parcourant la montagne est aisĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires sont Ă  la fois discrets, sĂ©rieux et prĂ©sents au besoin. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e. L’extĂ©rieur l’est Ă©galement avec une superbe piscine, une terrasse ombragĂ©e ainsi que des amĂ©nagements extĂ©rieurs pour les enfants (balançoire, trampoline, partie de piscine avec 50 cm de hauteur sur 3 m; la piscine est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ©e d’une alarme pour les enfants). SĂ©jour dans un environnement calme et une demeure parfaite pour deux familles (9pers)

Grande maison avec tout le confort, une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e ainsi qu’une petite cave Ă  vin. La piscine pour petits et grands est ensoleillĂ©e la plupart de la journĂ©e. Une partie de celle-ci est plate et peu profonde (4mx4mx50cm env.), idĂ©ale pour des enfants en bas Ăąge. L’eclairage nocturne du bassin est fonctionnel (deux hublots). Le jardin propice aux jeux des enfants et aux bains de soleil est bien enherbĂ© et arborĂ©. Des transats confortables sont Ă  disposition. Le vaste coin repas extĂ©rieur sous un grand chĂȘne borde la piscine et permet d’avoir un Ɠil sur les enfants qui se baignent. Un large barbecue Ă  gaz l’agrĂ©mente (bon fonctionnement des brĂ»leurs, chauffe trĂšs fort et vite ; bouteille de gaz de rechange sur simple demande). Une seconde terrasse plus intimiste et trĂšs contemporaine (style lounge) vient parfaire l’environement extĂ©rieur. Le sĂ©jour est dĂ©corĂ© avec soin, la cuisine fonctionnelle, les salles de bains de bonne taille, la buanderie dispose aussi d’un sĂšche-linge. A noter que nous n'avons pas manquĂ© d’eau chaude pour les douches pourtant nous Ă©tions 9 dont 5 enfants (le ballon est donc bien dimensionnĂ©). Chaque partie dispose d’un bon Ă©clairage, « variable » pour la terrasse cĂŽtĂ© piscine/jardin : projecteurs, appliques, guirlandes s’allument indĂ©pendamment les uns des autres. Pour les jours de pluie, une grande TV par l’ADSL ainsi qu’un rĂ©seau Wifi de qualitĂ©, de nombreux livres et revues pour toute la famille, etc sont disponibles. Un grand merci donc Ă  Sophie et sa famille pour leur accueil et leur disponibilitĂ© tĂ©lĂ©phonique pendant tout notre sĂ©jour. Nous recommandons bien Ă©videmment cette location .

Calme et repos dans une magnifique maison...

Que demander de plus ? Une maison spacieuse, aux trĂšs beaux volumes ; un coin terrasse, sous le vieil arbre qui joue parfaitement son rĂŽle de parasol naturel, Ă  deux pas de la piscine, idĂ©alement amĂ©nagĂ©e pour les enfants avec son petit fond ; une autre terrasse, avec salon extĂ©rieur, oĂč on y trouve un peu de frais le soir ; un vaste terrain, clĂŽturĂ©, offrant un terrain de jeux idĂ©al pour les enfants avec trampoline et balançoire ; le tout dans un petit hameau tranquille, en bordure d’un sentier de promenade, et Ă  10min d’Aix-en-Provence. Une semaine trop courte c’est sĂ»r !! Merci Ă  Sophie pour son accueil et sa disponibilitĂ© avant et lors du sĂ©jour.
