Claim Jumper A-Frame #3 is one of our newest vacation rentals and quickly becoming a favorite spot! This home has so much going for it! Not only is it in the perfect location of town to shops, restaurants, and the Red River Ski & Summer Area, it sits on the river and is around the corner from the Zipline and fishing ponds! Not to mention the hot tub for all of its guests to use! This home is a two-story property with a couple steps up onto the deck to enter. When you first come into A-Frame 3 you will find the living room accented with a soft sofa that folds down into a bed perfectly aligned with the wood-burning fireplace which captivates you as you watch the untamed flames dance amongst the wood. The large flat-screen TV allows you to comfortably sit and watch cable and a DVD player. Next to the living room, you will find a half bath and the dining area with a wood table with enough seating for 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic essentials for cooking, baking, and food preparations and does include a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker. Up the stairs, to the second level, you will find the master bedroom on the right furnished with a king bed, private balcony and TV, DVD, and VHS Player for added relaxation. The doorway between the two bedrooms leads to the newly updated full bathroom with lots of counters and cubby space. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and one set of twin/full bunk beds. Outside you will find a Gas BBQ Grill (Gas Cylinder provided, courtesy of Red River Real Estate), a hot tub, and a small fenced yard. Other amenities that A-frame 3 guests may enjoy our free WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Ski-In/Ski-Out accommodations, and a front deck viewing the Platinum Chair Lift with outdoor seating.

Adorable A-Frame

We absolutely loved this A-Frame! Morning coffee on the upper deck, evenings in the hot tub, walking distance to our favorite places. Everything was well stocked, convenient and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for Teens

We have stayed in many places and locations in Red River and we loved this one so much! It’s a great spot if you have teens that love to walk around or even run to DerMarket and the shops! We stayed there in the Summer but it would be an amazing spot in the Winter, with it being right by the ski lift!

Great place and super convenient

What a great place to stay! Easy 5 minute walk or less to many shops along Main Street and to the main ski area. A great view of the lift and mountain across the street. The place was perfect for a family with 2 kids. The kids enjoyed the River behind the cabin and the hot tub and the fire pit. Great place!

Red River vacation

We had a great stay - not having been to Red River before, I could not have chosen a better place. While my husband and son were gone with the car biking or hiking, my daughter and I could walk to anywhere we needed to go. Being so close to the fishing pond was another bonus even though I didn't catch anything - our neighbors must have pulled out 20+ trout out of that pond throughout the week. We would definitely stay here again.

Prime location!

We loved our stay at Claim Jumper 3! It is located directly across the street from the Platinum chair lift and about 1.5 blocks from the bunny slope. There is a great simple green trail that connects the two areas so coming home was a breeze for when we were with our little skiers! Sledding and tubing happen at the base of the bunny slope. The property was exactly as promised! Large TVs in the bedrooms and in the living room space. Nice fireplace. Nice hot tub just outside. It is also within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. We got a discounted ski rental rate with Sitzmark! We hope to stay again!

Wonderful time in Red River! This is our second time to stay in this house. We love the location and the management company. The only concern is the master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay!

Great location and so cozy!

Everything about this place is wonderful! The bedding was nice, the hot tub was great, the amenities were wonderful. The WIFI didn’t work, but we spent our time disconnected, and I’m sure it would’ve been an easy-fix, we just didn’t call about it. I highly recommend this place!

This condo is the nicest we’ve had in our 15 years at Red River. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The bathroom with subway tile is so gorgeous! The hot tub and deck were an added bonus! The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use. The tile needs replaced before it cuts someone’s foot. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of extra linens! Great location. The kids’ fishing pond was fun. We would book this condo again!

Very nice cabin/townhouse at the base of the ski slope. The front door opens to the ski slope. Parking is tight. The people at Red River Real Estate, (the rental agent), are very nice. Will stay there again for sure!!!!
