Die Ferienwohnung liegt super gelegen in StrandnĂ€he in einer Residenz. Zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, der sehr ruhig ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr zu vorkommend und freundlich.Nach Bastia sind es auch nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Nous avons passĂ© un merveilleux sĂ©jour dans cet appartement de vacances ! À notre arrivĂ©e, tout Ă©tait impeccablement propre – absolument irrĂ©prochable. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© particuliĂšrement impressionnĂ©s par l’équipement extrĂȘmement complet : il ne manquait vraiment rien. Des ustensiles de cuisine aux jouets de plage, tout Ă©tait prĂ©vu pour des vacances sans souci.GrĂące aux deux climatiseurs, l’appartement Ă©tait trĂšs confortable mĂȘme pendant les journĂ©es les plus chaudes, et les lits Ă©taient vraiment confortables – nous avons trĂšs bien dormi. SituĂ© dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, l’endroit est parfait pour se dĂ©tendre. De plus, c’est un point de dĂ©part idĂ©al pour explorer toute la cĂŽte nord de la Corse : Bastia, Saint-Florent, la Balagne – tout est facilement accessible.Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires, trĂšs sympathiques et attentionnĂ©s, pour ce sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien et recommandons sans rĂ©serve cette location de vacances – un endroit idĂ©al pour passer un sĂ©jour rĂ©ussi en Corse !

MAGNIFIQUE ÎLE DE BEAUTÉ

Superbe séjour en Corse. Bastia, Furiani, Borgo, Cap Corse, Saint Florent ... tout est magnifique ! La mer, les montagnes, les vignes, les petits villages ... paysages trÚs diversifié. Les Corses sont trÚs accueillant et trÚs sympathiques.Séjour à refaire !

The perfect place to stay

The location is very convenient. A very short walk takes you to a huge beach. A five minute drive takes you to a small arcade with a Le Clerc, a bakery and a holiday shop. The house is full equipped with pretty well anything you might need for your stay. It has.a nice location with plenty of space. Of course there is air conditioning. A really nice welcome as well from the hosts. Would definetly return. NH

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren 4 Kindern (2 - 8 Jahre) Ende August bis Anfang September in dem Appartment. Die Wohnung war fĂŒr uns 6 groß genug und hatte eine gute Aufteilung mit den SchlafrĂ€umen oben und dem Wohnbereich unten. Die zwei Klimaanlagen sorgten gerade nachts fĂŒr einen guten Schlaf. Die KĂŒche war bestens ausgestattet und modern, inkl. Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, SpĂŒlmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, KĂŒhlschrank und großem Gefrierfach. Sogar viele Verbrauchsmaterialien, wie SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, Seife und sogar Holzkohle fĂŒr den Grill im Garten waren bereits da. FĂŒr den Strand stellen die Vermieter ebenfalls viele Dinge wie Sonnenschirme, StrandtĂŒcher und -matten, Sandspielzeug, etc. zur VerfĂŒgung. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, den man in ca. 10 Minuten auch zu Fuß erreichen kann. Dort gibt es alles, was man fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf benötigt. Der Strand war wirklich toll. Total nah und in 3 Minuten zu Fuß mit den Kindern erreichbar. Der Strand ist groß und es waren nur wenige andere BadegĂ€ste dort. Er war sauber mit feinem Sand, es gab keine störenden Pflanzen oder MĂŒll. Das Wasser war auch Anfang September noch angenehm warm und es ging seicht ins Wasser, perfekt fĂŒr kleine Kinder und Nichtschwimmer. Die Vermieter waren total nett und hilfsbereit (Ausflugsziele, Internet, Briefkasten) und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Das HĂ€uschen liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung im Internet. Bis zum ruhigen Naturstand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der flach abfallende Strand ist ideal fĂŒr Kinder geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Apotheke, BĂ€ckerei, Post, Souvenirshop) sind zu Fuß erreichbar (10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß). Dort finden man auch eine Standbar und Möglichkeit fĂŒr Wassersport. Das HĂ€uschen selber ist sauber und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber alles, was man benötigt. Alle GerĂ€te funktionieren einwandfrei und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. HandtĂŒcher und BettwĂ€sche waren sauber und in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktioniert sehr gut. Er ist stehts hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und antwortet zuverlĂ€ssig und zeitnah auf Nachrichten. Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung in der Ferienwohnung war sehr herzlich. Wir können dieses kleine Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen!

Lieu idéal prÚs de Bastia

Ma compagne et moi avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. La villa est magnifiquement située, lumineuse et dans une résidence calme. Notre séjour a été réussi grùce notamment à la contribution de nos hÎtes, Françoise et François. Encore merci à eux.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Bastia et le Cap Corse

Maison confortable Ă  deux pas Ă  pieds de la plage (nous avons mĂȘme eu la chance de voir un dauphin solitaire pĂȘcher d’abord au loin puis passer a quelques mĂštres), prĂšs de l’étang de Biguglia (flamands roses,
). M. et Mme Vela sont pleins d’attention et de bons conseils. La maison est climatisĂ©e, trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (Ă©lectromĂ©nager, barbecue, nĂ©cessaire de plage, fond de cuisine et de nombreux dĂ©licieux extra). Seul bĂ©mol nous sommes peu restĂ©s sur la terrasse : les moustiques s’intĂ©ressaient beaucoup Ă  nous. Par contre nos diffĂ©rents voisins ne semblaient pas avoir ce souci. A faire : Bastia, Cap Corse, Saint Florent, les Agriates et ses plages,

Certaines annonces font des promesses, cette location fait plus que les tenir. TrĂšs bien accueilli par les propriĂ©taires (bons conseilleurs de surcroit), l'appartement est spacieux, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, dans un lieu trĂšs calme et agrĂ©able, au cƓur d'une rĂ©sidence fermĂ©e. La plage Ă  5mn Ă  pieds, commerces Ă  proximitĂ© (15 mn Ă  pieds). En bref, mieux que ce que nous avions espĂ©rĂ© (et dĂ©jĂ  connu). RĂ©servez en confiance, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Emplacement idéal au sud de Bastia

Maison idĂ©alement agencĂ©e, nous Ă©tions deux couples avec un bĂ©bĂ©, les espaces sont bien dĂ©finis. Le jardin est trĂšs agrĂ©able et que dire de son emplacement Ă  moins de 100 m d’une belle plage. Les propriĂ©taires sont charmants et trĂšs accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!!
