The apartment in the villa is situated on a fully fenced property planted with olive groves and fruit trees. It is a standalone ground-floor unit with a garden and can accommodate up to 13–14 people… ideal for groups of friends or large families.

The house features 3 double bedrooms, 1 quintuple bedroom (1 double bed plus a single bed plus 2 bunk beds), and a small bedroom adjacent to one of the double bedrooms that can accommodate 2 single beds—ideal for 2 children.
If needed, there is a space where a single bed can be set up.
There are 3 fully equipped bathrooms with showers, plus an additional outdoor stone shower.
A spacious living area with a sofa (which converts into a single bed), a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table, and chairs, and an indoor TV area for dining that overlooks the outdoor patio—which is furnished with a gazebo, table, and chairs and offers a sea view—where you can dine al fresco.
Finally, there is an outdoor stone barbecue for EXCLUSIVE USE for cooking.
