The villa is located on a hillside, overlooking the Trasimeno lake. The views are truly spectacular, particularly the sunset.The flat has two spacious and bright double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and "Jacuzzi", the dining room, with an open-plan kitchen and living room. Outside there's a beautiful garden, an oasis of peace. A few kilometers from the main tourist centers of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio ideal to live in touch with nature and diving, with a few minutes drive away, in a city filled with beautiful history.

Great location

A pleasant and comfortable house with a wonderful view on Lake Trasimeno. Perfect location to explore the villages around the lake and the landscape and cities in Umbria. The house is very clean and complete and the owner Rita is an excellent host really taking care of her guests. We will be back!

Wonderful experience

We loved our stay at Rita's house and love Rita. She is warm, kind and very helpful. She always checked up on us to see how we were doing. We also enjoyed the town San Feliciano very much. It's a good location for day trips to neighboring towns. The best part of the house is the view of the lake. It's unbeatable. We enjoyed having drinks and eating our meals on the terrace looking out toward the lake. We are already thinking about coming back next year if possible.

Ruim huis met een tuin parkeermogelijheid.

We hebben er een mooie week gehad en Rita de eigenares is heel vriendelijk en attent. Ze heeft ons bij binnenkomst goed rondgeleid en uitleg gegeven van de apparaten e.d. in het huis. De living en tuin kijken uit op het meer en de schitterende zonsondergang. Alle kamers en badkamers waren keurig fris en schoon. Had je een vraag dan reageerde Rita meteen en dat hebben we als heel prettig ervaren. Het enige minpuntje was het slechte WiFi bereik.

Eine Reise wert

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Ausblick auf den See und den Olivenhain ist traumhaft. An den Abenden freuten wir uns auf dieses Spektakel. Am See Pizza essen zu gehen ist toll, die Umgebung hat ihren ganz eigenen Charme.. Nur das Baden gehen im See selbst war uns nicht sehr angenehm. Das sollte man bestenfalls im Blick haben.. Über die überaus herzliche und diskrete Gastfreundschaft haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit.
