“Villa of the Duca” is situated very closely to Trasimeno Lake, in the district of Castiglione del Lago, at the border which divide Umbria fromTuscany, from where you can easily discover the historical-medieval atmosphere of important cities such as Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Rome, etc or to visit small Etruscan cities in the surrounding area. The main house, completely restored, is encircled from one spacious private garden of more than 2000 mt.
Altogether, wide halls and kitchen are six double rooms with private baths.
All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom, TV and they are fully furnished with the charming “Poor Art” style.The price of the rooms comprises beyond that of the room in common use, of the halls of the kitchen of the swimming pool, in complete pottery and that one, the use masonry household-electric, the water consumptions, gas, electric power, linen with changes weeklies magazine for room, bath and kitchen and moreover the use of the swimming pool with beach umbrella and deckchair.
