Notchbrook Condominiums, located only two miles from the Mountain, offer the convenience of the Mountain Road and plenty of room to spread out on the multiple levels. This two bedroom condo has been updated and tastefully decorated with a King in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with two twins and a pull-out sofa. There are also two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen and wood burning fireplace. You will also enjoy jumping into the outdoor pool that is open throughout the winter as well.

All pets must be pre-approved during the booking process. An additional pet fee and addendum is required.
Winter in Vermont brings snow, icy roads, and occasional storms. An AWD or 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended to book this property. Please drive carefully and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter conditions.

The location was perfect and the property was clean and in great condition. My only concern was the bed in the master bedroom...it was very hard and uncomfortable. With that said, we would rent the place again.

Roomy, homey condo with plenty of space for a family of five and a dog. Heated pool and covered parking set in a nicely wooded area close to the ski hill.

The condo was in very good condition and the host made us feel welcome. Loved the covered parking in front of the unit. The beds were very comfortable, especially the master bed which had a nice memory foam mattress. Thermostats in every room let us customize the comfort levels...70 in the living room and kitchen and 65 in the bedrooms. You definitely want to have a 4WD of AWD vehicle as Notchbrook Drive is steep. Snow was quickly cleared from the road when it did snow. The outdoor heated pool was very relaxing.

Very Nice condo design, spacious kitchen, and warm fireplace main room, You cannot beat the location, 5 minute's drive to the mountain. The master bedroom was huge and comfortable.

Arrived with family and dog. Fantastic location. Only a few minutes from Stowe and a few minutes from town. Home was great for our family. Heated outdoor pool (104) was a nice for an apres ski dip.

This condo has really nice, big rooms and is minutes to the slopes, really appreciated it being dog friendly. The covered area for the car right outside the door was also excellent. It really is just minutes from the slopes and from Stowe village, both of which were great!

Amazing value for $, will definitely book again

My family and I have been going to Stowe during the New Year holiday for years, always staying right at the Stowe Mountain Lodge for convenience. This year, with dog in tow and omicron flair up, we wanted our own space, not pay a fortune and be within 5 mins drive to the slopes. This place delivered and then some. Economically, it's a great value. Plenty of space for a small-mid size family, a spacious updated kitchen, real wood-burning fireplace (with wood available at the entrance). Super clean, and the local company that manages it were lovely to deal with and super communicative. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze. Loved it, will def return.

A great getaway

The condo was a great place to stay with my adult children. The kitchen was very well appointed which made cooking a joy . There was an abundant amount of dry firewood & kindling . Lots of windows to let in the sunshine. We will be back

easy access mountain location

The condo had everything we needed. The condo was cozy and comfortable but spacious. The view of the mountain off the living room was great too. It was dog friendly and we appreciate that as did our furry babies. With that being said you wouldn't suspect that due to how clean and fresh it was. The ride up the mountain to the condo was easy and we were close to everything Stowe had to offer even the shuttle at the bottom of the road. Thank you to the owners for sharing you place with us!

Great Condo, Great location!

Had a great stay at 34AB in Notchbrook over the holidays. Super close to the mountain (5min drive) an close to all that Stowe has to offer. The condo itself is clean and well appointed, with nicely renovated kitchen and baths, temper-pedic king bed in the upstairs bedroom, and a beautiful view. We had both our dogs there and the management company makes sure they feel welcomed with a basket of essentials for the pups (water bowls, sofa covers, poop bags, etc.) which was an unexpected perk! We will definitely be renting again.
