The Provençal market of Antibes, the Picasso Museum, and the famous Eden Roc Hotel are all 10 minutes away. The Eden Roc hotel is known to be frequented by artists after the Cannes Festival. This private park is very calm; ideal for children. The Thuret Garden, a magnificent botanical garden, is five minutes from the house. The Juan-les-Pins convention centre is a five-minute walk away, with boutiques including a Casino store, new this year, which offers home delivery for your purchases. Delivery is free for purchases of €20 or more.

Next to 2 building sites

Unfortunately when we arrived the owner told us there was building work. We woke up the following morning to the sounds of drills, diggers, machines cutting tiles etc. You could not even have a conversation. We were totally deceived. I would never have booked this property if I have been advised there would be works next door.. This house was listed as peaceful and tranquil. It was anything but. Also the owner appeared at the property 5 out of the 7 days of our holiday. . It is in a good location, pool is nice. Would have been a great holiday without the noise.

French Riveria

Great place centrally located in the French Riviera. It is close to the train line and close to several beaches. The house is beautiful with a great swimming pool. We missed the part of being responsible for all water, electricity and towel and bed linens. You can rent the linens for a fee. The property owner is very helpful and invested in the property. She does tend to come by daily unannounced. Overall we enjoyed a week of rest with some day trips.

One week in beautiful Antibes

Hello, my husband and I along with our 4 young adults (20 -22 years old) spent a lovely relaxing week in Jeannine's beautiful home. She is a great lady, kind, witty, interesting, and attentive. The house is in a lovely private area and was like a second home, clean & tidy with all the mod cons you can ask for in the kitchen. Her garden has so many aspects to it you can sneak away and find a little corner for yourself if you want a break from the others. I loved how you felt this is exactly how she enjoys the outdoor space herself. The pool was heated and lovely to use. The beds were comfortable, we had plenty of towels (which you rent) and all bathrooms along with the kitchen look newly done. I wanted to be close to Juan Les Pins and the beach for the younger people so the location was perfect, 7/10 minute walk. Antibes old town would probably take 20ish minutes to walk to but it's a lovely walk. We look forward to staying again. Sinead, Frank & family.

We are an athletic family, and we chose this house because it is a five-minute walk to the sea. This enables us to go windsurfing and skiing in the mountains, with the first resort just 45 minutes from the house.

Why they chose this property

Since the property is in a private park, you will have plenty of nature and peace. Nonetheless, you will also be close to the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, which offer businesses and diverse leisure activities, such as activities, night clubs, a casino, and great restaurants, all of which you can get to without needing a car. Nice Airport is just 30 minutes from the house, and the train stations of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are nearby, for excursions to Italy, Nice, Monaco, Eze, and so on.

What makes this property unique

Very peaceful, even during jazz festivals. Everything is very close and can be reached on foot. You don't have to worry about noise because the house is in a private park.
