Great view but need some TLC

The property had great views but wasn't very clean and was cramped. Key access was a pain as I'm short but we got it figured out. Lots of kids toys and chairs

Je viens de récupérer mon appartement La très mauvaise surprise en constatant mon appartement sans aucun nettoyage le lit ouvert l’électricité non débranchée j’ai rarement récupéré un appartement dans un tel état je suis très déçue j’avais confiance c’est désolant

Bel appartement avec tres belle vue et très bien équipé

L’appartement est à environ 10min à pied de la station. On peut prendre un petit chemin à travers champ ou alors une navette sarrete toutes les 20min et est gratuite ce qui est très pratique. L’arrêt de bus s’appelle l’entasse La vue de l’appartement est splendide et surplombe la station. Il y fait chaud meme sans avoir besoin d’allumer un feu de cheminée Il y a appareil à raclette, four à micro onde, four, petit frigo… des jeux de société. Au niveau équipement c’était vraiment super ! (Ajouter un étendoir si possible serait vraiment pratique) la seule chose que je pourrais souligner d’un peu moins positif serait peut être la propreté qui a un peu laissé à desirer. J’ai retrouvé une chaussette sous le lit, pas mal de poussière et des traces de poils de chat ainsi que son odeur dans l’appartement Mais c’est pas cela qui m’empêcherait de revenir dans cet appartement car je trouvais qu’il était quand meme tres bien rapport qualité prix sur la station. Le fait de ne pas être au coeur de la station fait qu’on peut se garer très facilement devant le bâtiment et cat c’était vraiment pratique. Irene est tres reactive et répond très vite aux messages et interrogations, elle a été tres flexible sur l’heure d’arrivée et je tenais à la remercier ! Voilà nous sommes tres contents de notre sejour cetait super merci!

Coin très sympa mais pas mal de petits défauts et d'imperfections à arranger. Propriétaire très à l'écoute. Problème de chauffage. Petite cheminée agréable mais ne chauffe pas suffisamment. Par contre très jolie vue et appartement bien placé avec facilité pour stationner

Agréable appartement, très fonctionnel. Dispose d’un jardinet appréciable avec vue sur le domaine skiable. La cheminée est également très agréable. L’emplacement est idéal entre le centre de valberg et le col de l’espaul.

Super séjour à Valberg

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Irène. La location était nickel, à 10min à pied du centre station, ou à 3min avec la navette qui s'arrête juste en face du bâtiment. Très fortement recommandé pour votre séjour ! :)

faire payer le même tarif que les autres sans les prestations des autres, je ne comprend pas. 6 couchages ne veulent pas dire de la place pour 6. équipements très en dessous de la réalité( literies,fournitures pour les repas,...) installation électrique à revoir( pour moi dangereuse). les conditions d'arrivée et de départ à revoir , personne à l'arrivée ,personne au départ. pour moi manque de respect pour ces locataires. manque de communications évidentes. propreté à revoir.

Je suis surprise de tant de négation la raison serait elle ?de message vous demandant pourquoi vous aviez laissé l’appartement dans un état lamentable sans dessus dessous très sale y compris les sanitaires avec des traces d’excréments Vous qui êtes si respectueux de la propreté d’après votre écrit je ne comprends pas la raison Mais vous devez avoir de bonnes raisons Nous ne sommes pas rencontrés c’est vrai mais vous aviez 2 numéros de téléphone en cas de besoin Je suis vraiment désolée de votre réaction Mais vous avez raison de vous exprimer Et vous laisse en tête à tête avec votre conscience
