Newly remodeled townhouse with upscale kitchen and bathrooms situated in a fashionable oceanfront Solana Beach community. Enjoy a 270° view of Del Mar and the ocean from the balcony. Located in Seascape Sur which is renowned for its exquisite landscaping, waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds. The complex is located on a bluff overlooking a gorgeous beach which is directly accessible through community stairs. Picture walks, surfing, swimming, and games on the beach below the condo complex. This gated community offers underground, assigned parking and a nightly security patrol. There are two swimming pools, two spas, two lighted tennis courts, and spacious patio area. Take a morning walk to one of the many, nearby coffee and breakfast spots, including the Cedros Design District, which also offers a Sunday Farmers Market. You’re just blocks away from the Solana Beach train station which will take you south to downtown San Diego, the Padres ballpark, Old Town San Diego and other area attractions.
Similar to other condo units in the complex, this condo has a number of stairs leading up to it, however you will be rewarded with incredible views of the ocean to the west, as well as the hills of Solana Beach to the east. One of the best all-around views on the bluffs.
This unit is not air conditioned.
Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Solana Beach many times but this is the first time we have used Stubbs. Stubbs have been around for a very long time and the reason they have been is their customer service.We had some issues with our rental and Stubbs did the best they could to resolved them. The owner of the unit was very hard to get work done which some of the work should have been done before we arrived. We were staying for two months. These rentals should be reviewed and resolved been the clients arrive. Overall Stubbs were excellent and their staff Tyler & Kevin and their handyman were excellent!
