Apartment with separate entrance of which the terrace dominates the blooming garden, quiet and sunny with sea and mountain views. Spacious and bright for relaxation and tranquillity moments.

The Arena Bianca resisdence is composed of 4 rental apartments, plus the owners' one.
It is ideally located, 3 min away from the white sandy beaches of the Ile-Rousse and its surroundings. You will be able to follow according to your tastes, either the Wine road or the Craftsmen road and visit all the small typical Balagne and Haute-Balagne villages.
Numerous hiking trails are available. All the leisure activities: water activities, mountain, beaches, river, culture, restaurants, lounge bar, cinema, are near the residence to make you spend the best holidays.

Hello! The suite was great the only thing you might want to check are the air condition units. They seem to be a bit weak and the air not cool enough. We could have set them incorrectly as well. :)

Sehr schönes Appartement in einer gepflegten, attraktiven Anlage, in ruhiger Lage. Große Terrasse. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in den nächsten Ort, mehrere Strände in der Nähe. Nette Vermieterin, die vor Ort wohnt. Super WLAN in der ganzen Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Très belle expérience

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe dans cet appartement dans les hauteurs de l’Ile Rousse et à quelques encablures du superbe village de Monticello… les photos sur le site ne rendent pas assez hommage à la beauté du lieu. Nous avons surtout apprécié la grande terrasse dominant l’Ile Rousse offrant des fabuleux couchers de soleil. La propriétaire est adorable, une authentique envie de faire plaisir à ses hôtes, toujours disponible et pleine d’attention.

Je recommande cette location, excellentes prestations et vue magnifique

Nous venons depuis 3 ans dans cette résidence et nous y sommes toujours bien accueilli par la propriétaire. L'environnement est calme, l'appartement est très bien agencé et sa terrasse est superbe, chaque soir vous pourrez voir le coucher de soleil. A 5 mn en voiture du centre ville de L'ILE ROUSSE, et non loin des plages. Le + une piscine.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cet appartement. Excellent accueil de la propriétaire, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vaste terrasse, la piscine était quasiment toujours disponible, du calme et un très beau cadre. Excellent séjour! Sans compter que la ville d'Ile Rousse est magnifique.Merci!
