About this property

This house (semi-attached to the owner's house) is completely independent and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is quiet and offers view of the Alpilles in La Petite Crau protected green area. There is a 3x4 m terrace covered by a climbing vine (and Virginia creeper) with barbecue (built-in) and garden furniture. The area is very pleasant, fresh, and shady. The pool area is shared with the owners. The 10x5-m pool (with temperate water by solar power, and 1.10 - 1.60 m depth) with a bench is completely gated (automatic roller shutter according to current safety standards), and there is a marble terrace (130 sq.m), sun loungers, tables, armchairs, chairs, and a toilet in the pool house. The terrace is partially roofed. There are 3 bicycles available with antitheft devices. You will be close to the fitness trail (green area). The house offers free Wi-Fi access. House linen is provided. The parking space reserved for tenants is roofed. There is also a playground with swings.

Vacances en famille

Les chambres sont grandes, la terrasse est agréable et la piscine est très belle. La pièce de vie est trop petite et peu agréable : elle ne donne ni sur à terrasse, ni sur la piscine et il n'y a pas de coin salon. Le propriétaire était très agréable et disponible. La location est au calme et bien située pour visiter les environs.

Très bon séjour. Location à recommander

Location conforme à la description. La décoration des chambres est plus moderne que ne le montrent les photos. Piscine très agréable. Location bien équipée et très bien située pour les visites aux alentours. Propriétaire très agréable.

Goede ontvangst Praktisch huis , voor ieder een badkamer Airconditioning zou een meerwaarde zijn Weg naar zwembad is nog te verbeteren. Zwembad en omgeving zijn zeer mooi aangelegd en uitnodigend.
