There are 4 bedrooms for 2 people (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with separable beds). There are no bunk beds or sofa beds. <br>🛎 The rooms are all spacious and friendly. The living room, dining room and kitchen open onto a large terrace overlooking the property. The covered part houses a large convivial table (10p), there is also an outdoor lounge and a "plancha" area. <br>☀️ It is south-facing and offers a breathtaking view of Mont Vinaigre (alt. 614m) and the Estérel massif. <br><br>👙 One terrace further down there is the swimming pool (private, illuminated, 10m x 5m) and a large terrace made of French stones. For safety, its access is guarded by gates. There is a large (+/- 3m) and a small depth (less than a metre near the stairs). In the shade of a majestic holm oak, you can sit comfortably at the table (10p).<br><br>🚙 In the property (closed by a gate), a large parking area is provided for your vehicles (up to 4 cars + a covered space for motorbikes).<br><br>You will enjoy the calm, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the French Riviera 🏖 while being only 1/2 hour from Saint-Rafaël and the Mediterranean ⛵️ Sea<br>Between the coast and the mountains of the Pre-Alps ⛰, the hinterland of the Var reveals its hilltop villages. This contrasting Provence combines calm and authenticity, while remaining close to renowned sites and must-see museums (Gorges du Verdon, Maeght Foundation in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Bernar Venet Foundation in Le Muy, Saint-Tropez, Matisse and Chagall in Nice, Fréjus, the Pic de l'Ours and the Estérel Massif with its red rocks, Lake Saint-Cassien, Aix-en-Provence, MAMAC, etc.) <br><br>🗓 Rentals are made by the week, from Saturday lunchtime to Saturday lunchtime.<br>Note: Water, gas and electricity are included in the rental price, for reasonable consumption (the indexes of which will be established at the end of 2022). <br>
