Muito agradável

A casa é como mostra as fotos, muito bonita e acolhedora, piscina enorme com uma grande area envolvente. A dona assim como quem nos recebeu muito simpáticas e sempre prontos a ajudar. A localização está a poucos minutos de supermercados e cafés , embora o GPS mandasse para um portão que não tinhamos acesso tinhamos que dar a volta e algumas estradas eram em terra. Não ter parking foi talvez o aspecto mais negativo, muitas vezes não encontravamos estacionamento perto e tornava-se complicado com compras e o pequeno. No global adorámos, tudo muito limpo e cuidado, esperamos voltar :)

Appartement in Golfclub Anlage

Das gepflegte Appartement liegt in einer schönen geschlossenen Golfclub Anlage, wo man nur mit Zugangscode / Schlüssel rein kommt, liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, also man sollte mobil sein, Einkaufmöglichkeiten gab es keine vor Ort, nicht das wir wüssten zumindest. Was etwas störend war / ist diese Anlage liegt wiederum im einem Ressort / Neubaugebiet das wiederum durch Zäune und Tore gesichert ist die unser Navi nicht kennt und daher es uns erschwerte unsere Unterkunft zu erreichen bzw. zu verlassen ausser einer der Anwohner kam zufällig vorbei und öfnete das Tor. Der einzig dauer geöffnete Aus- / Einfahrt kennt Google / Navi nicht, man konnte den Punkt auch nicht markieren, was jeden Tag das nach hause kommen teilweise sehr erschwerte. Ich gehe mal davon aus dass dieses Problem langfristig gelöst werden kann. Uns persönlich war das ein Zaun zuviel auch wenn es eine hübsche Ecke ist.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Super ist der große Balkon, von dem man einen weiten Blick über die Gegend hat. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Insgesamt: sehr gerne wieder.

Appartement au deuxième étage non précisé dans l'annonce, difficultés pour se garer à l'intérieur de la résidence car pas de place privée. Grande terrasse dont nous n'avons pas pû profiter car énormément de mouches. La literie de la chambre parentale est à changer, nous avons dû dormir dans les lits 1 personne. Trop de canapés, penser à mettre une petite table et chaises à l'intérieur pour éviter de rentrer la grande de la terrasse. Penser à acheter des verres à vins ( nous avons dû en acheter). Mauvais écoulement de la baignoire. Beaucoup de bruits d'aboiement. Belle piscine.

Muy buenas vacaciones

El apartamento está muy bien amueblado y muy bien equipado. La urbanización muy tranquila y sin nada de ruido. La piscina muy grande y tranquila. Esperamos repetir el año que viene.

Apartamento simpático em zona calma

O apartamento encontra-se inserido num campo de golf, estando bem protegido. A zona onde se encontra é algo distante das praias, mas não é problema para quem tem carro. O apartamento está bem cuidado e o apoio foi sempre pronto e profissional.

Apreciação geral.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Marmen que nos explicou tudo acerca do apartamento e que se dispôs a ajudar caso fosse necessário. O apartamento estava muito limpo, tal como todos os utensílios da cozinha e o local muito sossegado. A piscina muito bem cuidada. Deviam no entanto facultar o comando do portão de entrada do complexo do outro lado, pois seria muito mais rápido visto que as nossas deslocações eram sempre para esse lado (Sevilha).

Fantásticas vacaciones en Sanlúcar

El apartamento es muy bonito, muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para estar los diez días. La terraza espectacular, da gusto comer o cenar en ella, muy tranquila. La piscina también estupenda, muy grande y cuidada. Agradecer a Marmen y su marido la amabilidad y la atención prestadas y a la dueña del apartamento, Saray, por la buena comunicación y su preocupación por que todo estuviera bien. Desde luego que volveremos y si está disponible será al primer lugar que llamemos.

Apartamento luminoso y bonito.

El apartamento es más bonito en la realidad que en las fotos. Situado lejos del pueblo, es necesario utilizar el coche. La piscina es muy bonita, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho en ella. El apartamento está muy bien equipado, hemos estado muy cómodos seguro que repetiremos sí volvemos a Sanlucar de Barrameda.
