In a very quiet residential area, 17 km from Avignon, independent villa on 1700 m2 of fully fenced wooded grounds, secure swimming pool: ideal for families with children. The sun and the heat for swimming, and the cool shade for naps and outdoor dining. Ideally located for visiting many tourist sites. The countryside near the mountain (Ventoux 30 km, Luberon 15 km, Alpilles 25 km) and the sea (90 km from Marie-de la Mer, Salin de Giraud and Grau du Roi). Decreasing prices depending on duration.

A great place to dtay

We had a great family holiday and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is even nicer than we expected, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The garden is pretty with all the flowers and the big trees. The place is quiet, no traffic noise, and the pool is even bigger than we thought. Mme Seigle is a very nice lady and was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. We absolutely recommend this place and hope to come back some day.

Un tres agreable sejour de 3 semaines dans une maison tres bien située dans le Vaucluse pour rayonner dans tous les beaux villages et vignobles des alentours. La ville du Thor est accessible à 5min a pied de la maison par une petite marche superbe traversant la rivière. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Il y a la climatisation dans le salon/salle a manger , et une climatisation portable dans une des chambres a l'étage. Les lits sont confortables. Les équipements de la cuisine sont limités mais ok. Le jardin est très vaste et très agréable. On peut chercher de la fraicheur sous les platanes, qui nous abritent meme en cas de pluie. La proximité avec la rivière fait qu'il y a beaucoup de moustiques: prévoir la dose de répulsant. Le barbecue a charbon est efficace. La piscine est en soit très jolie, meme si tout l'espace en bordure laisse à désirer. L'eau y était entre 25 et 29 tous les jours. Avec la piscine et la clim la canicule etait vraiment supportable. La piscine est a entretenir tous les jours (compter 15min) mais les instructions sont claires. Marie-Claude la propriétaire est très disponible et réactive.En bref un tres bon sejour dans une belle region, un grand merci a Marie-Claude !

Haus mit großem Garten und Pool in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig, dennoch zentral im Ort. Der Garten ist durch die vielen Bäume schattig. Der große Pool liegt nur für wenige Stunden in der Sonne und wird durch den Vermieter nach vorheriger genauer Einweisung von den Blättern der Bäume gereinigt. Wir haben den Pool trotzdem sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist schon älteren Datums, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. In der Duschwanne gibt es keinen Duschvorhang, welcher zum Duschen von Vorteil wäre. Leider war das obere WC gerade in Reparatur. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Gegend (Mont Ventoux, Avignon, L´Isle sur la Sorge, Luberon) zu besichtigen. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und stand bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung, da sie um die Ecke wohnt.

Des souvenirs plein la tête

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille: Repos, piscine, et ballades des nombreux sites touristiques à proximité pendant 2 semaines. Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec nos 4 enfants âgés de 5 à 15 ans. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous programmons encore des vacances dans cette région.

Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines dans cette magnifique région. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté du lieu ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Une belle maison, bien entretenue et décorée avec goût, dans un quartier calme et agréable doté d'un grand jardin idéal pour les enfants ainsi qu'une belle piscine sécurisée. Nous la recommandons sans hésitation, d'ailleurs nous y retournons 3 semaines cet été!

Superbe maison avec très grand jardin et super piscine. Pour notre part, nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir et nous avons pu découvrir une région riche et intéressante. Madame Seigle est fort sympathique et nous aurons du plaisir à y retourner.
