Immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation between almond and olive trees it enjoys an
charming location with beautiful sea view. Here you can relax in the quiet of the countryside and reach in few minutes by car the sea of Polignano, Monopoli.
You can visit the characteristic trulli of Alberobello, Caves of Castellana, the alleys of Cisternino, the precious baroque Martina Franca with its famous classical music festival. Northerly direction, instead, you’ll find Bari where you can visit the old town with its Norman Castle, the Basilica of St. Nicholas and its Cathedral; Trani with its magnificent Cathedral over the sea, and Castel del Monte.

If you want take refuge simply in the quiet, the lush vegetation of pietraviva will give you forgotten perfumes, your readings will have more value, uncontaminated nature, a nature which breaks the rock with magnificent views of the sea set among the trees.

Verry nice place to be

Peaceful and wonderful stay. Good facilities in the house. Various places to sit outside, nice and cool in the house. Well located location for visiting various beautiful places within relatively short distances. Close to the Adriatic Sea with small but beautiful beaches.

Comfortable House

Nice and very clean house. Good equipment with a cosy garden with a view to the sea. Very friendly and helpful hosts who helped us to solve some problems (our flight was extremly delayed, so the hosts had to wait for us almost until midnight). A great thank you for that!!!

Eine inspirierende Woche

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche im wunderschönen Haus von Francesca. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Wir fanden alles vor, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Conversano ist einen Besuch wert, eine grosse, bewohnte Altstadt. Sogar eine Chagall-Ausstellung konnten wir besuchen. Die Kommunikation mit Francesca ist sehr angenehm. Es braucht ein Auto, um zur Wohnung zu kommen. Die Umgebung bietet viele inspirierende Ausflüge und Entdeckungen! Wir wünschen Francesca alles Gute und auf ein Wiedersehen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung südlich von Bari. Von hier aus kann man das mittlere Apulien, aber auch den Süden (Lecce) erkunden. In der Wohnung bleibt es angenehm kühl, es steht ein großer Garten zur Verfügung. In der Vorsaison (erste Junihälfte) war es fast einsam. Die Gastgeberin gibt gute Tipps auch für Strandbesuche.

Very clean, well-equipped with pleasant garden

This was a good location for day trips to Bari, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Matera, Castellano caves and Alberobello. Matera in particular is a must-see. We really appreciated having a washing machine, good mosquito nets at all windows, the kitchen fan and plenty of relaxing areas in the garden.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene! L appartamento, grazioso, curato nei dettagli e molto pulito, si trova in una zona tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere le diverse bellezze della Puglia! La proprietaria, la signora Francesca molto disponibile e gentile ci ha accolto e ha saputo consigliarci le mete da visitare! Ci torneremo!!

very spacious apartment, fully equipped

We were travelling with our 2,5 year old daughter, and it proved very convenient that she could sleep in a cot (provided for us!) in the bedroom, while we stil enjoyed our evening in the living/ kitchen area. The thing why we didn't give 5 star rating was the fact that, even though the windows had screens, we had to do a bit of mosquito hunting, and use some Autan to have a peaceful night's sleep. As said it was very spacious, fully equipped, even a washing machine, and an umbrella to take to the beach. The location was sort of at the end of a 'villa' area, but very private and quiet and with nice beds and chairs outside. Conversano and Polignano are both very near and very nice. We had a very pleasant stay for 6 nights!

Location spacieuse, calme et propre; bien équipée A l'abri de la chaleur, elle garde la fraîcheur pour passer de bonnes nuits (séjour en août 2013). Conversano est une petit ville animée, bien située pour rayonner de Bari à Lecce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, et prêts à vous aider;

"The appartment is clean ...

"The appartment is clean and very nice. There is everything you need: kitchen with tableware, bath with towels, sleeping room and living room. The furniture is chosen with best taste and is very appealing. There is a very nice garden at own use. Only a private barbecue is missing :-) Even the internet was working. Private parking lot next to the house. The owners are very kind and helpful whenever you have a question."
