Enjoy your next extended family vacation at Great Adventure on Keuka Lake! With a modern main house and quaint guest suite above the detached garage, this property offers room for the whole family and is sure to help accommodate lasting memories.

Located near the end of the Bluff, Great Adventure shares a driveway with roughly 10 other homes in the area. Parking is located to the side of the main house, or behind the guest house underneath or in front of the carport. The 2nd floor guest house is mere steps from the carport. A spacious composite wood deck with outdoor furniture greets guests at the top of the stairs. While the living accommodations here are more basic than that of the main house, this is a great area for those that enjoy their privacy while still being close to family and friends. Just inside the entry door is an open kitchen/living room, with cable TV, dishwasher, electric stove, and a wall AC unit for comfort in the summer. Two bedrooms are located on the south end of the guest house, one with a Single trundle bed and the other with a Full bed and limited lake view. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower off the kitchen. The first floor contains a storage area and the homes' washer and dryer for guest use.

The property's main home is located just feet from the guest house, and styled in a decor to reflect a beautiful, turn of the century farmhouse. The main entry is located off the kitchen and leads into a large, open room complete with a family room and country kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen is a large dining room, with seating for 8 comfortably as well as a half bathroom. The living room in the front of the house features picture windows overlooking the lake, a flat screen TV with cable, and beautiful hardwood floors. Off the living room is a large composite wood deck ideal for outdoor meals or enjoying the beautiful weather. On the south end of the living room is a small office alcove that provides a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The second floor features most of the main house's sleeping accommodations. At the top of the stairs is a spacious bedroom with 2 Single bunks. Across the hall is a bedroom with a Queen size bed and closet. The two bedrooms in the front/lakeside of the second floor feature Queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a private half bath, and the other features a master bath with shower and double closets. An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located off the hallway.

Outside the main house is a long level lawn, ideal for children or a good game of volleyball. Just across the shared driveway is the stairs to the beach. At the lakefront, a charming beach house awaits guest, with a covered porch for shade, half bath, and a modest kitchen with sink and refrigerator. A fire pit is provided for guests, and there is natural, wade in lakefront for children and pets. A seasonal dock is provided with boat whips for mooring your boat. The swim raft out in the water is great fun and features a swim ladder for easy access. No boat? Not to worry, the owner has provided a canoe and kayak for guests' enjoyment!

Great Adventure is located roughly 10 miles from Penn Yan and just 6 miles from Branchport. Keuka Lake State Park is located at the beginning of West Bluff Drive, where guests can enjoy hiking nature trails, launching a boat, swimming with an active lifeguard in the summer, and a delightful playground.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
