Manque de chauffage

Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chauffage central dans l'appartement mais des convecteurs, oui. Pour moi un convecteur est un appareil électrique accroché au mur dans la plupart des pièces. En réalité il n'y avait AUCUN CHAUFFAGE DU TOUT à part deux petits appareils d'appoint dans le living, pour un mois de décembre. La proprio a insisté qu'elle m'avait prévenu et que j'avais dit que j'étais d'accord. Une mauvaise foi totale. Elle nous a apporté un 3e appareil mais personne a pu le faire marcher, y compris son mari, alors elle a apporté un 4e appareil. En plus il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de douche de mon amie. Autrement tout était bien mais la mauvaise foi de la proprio a laissé un très mauvais goût dans la bouche. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Good location but….

The location of this property is really good! But We were very disappointed on the cleanliness of the house. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair, sand at the bottom of the shower. No toilet paper, only two towels for the week. Unfortunately I wouldn’t be vacationing at this property again.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr funktionellen und gut situierten Immobilie

Ich kann mich nur bei der Eigentümerin für diesen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung bedanken. Übergabe klappte hervorragend und die Beschreibung ist sehr identisch. Topp die direkte Lage am Strand. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Punktabzug für die Grillmöglichkeiten. Dieser Festgrill mit Holzkohle hat schon seine besten Tage hinter sich. Aber in meinen Augen keinen ganzen Punktabzug. Also von mir 4,5 Sterne von 5

Ferienhaus / Villa - VALRAS PLAGE - Große Wohnung in exklusiver Lage

Anfangs einige Unstimmigkeiten zu den Inclusiv-Preisen und Leistungen. Ausstattung gut, Haus sehr geräumig, nicht mehr neu, Terrasse sehr schön. 2 Zimmer großzügig und hell , das 3. ohne Fenster mit Tür zum Hof. Ruhige Lage obwohl in belebter Gegend,. Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, darüber bewohnt. Strand je nach Wetter besucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Gefühl Vermieterin liegt das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen.

Maison de plage conforme aux attentes :-)

Très bonne communication , charmant accueil dans cette maison de plage typique et spacieux ... meublé simplement mais avec gout ...tout y est pour passer un très bon séjour beaucoup de vaisselle, un peux dépareillé mais avec beaucoup de charme ... Catherine hôte aux petits soins , nous a même acheté café et filtres ,huile d'olive et vinaigre balsamique! La terrasse est sublime la vue aussi ...que demander plus ...la prochaine fois on aura même internet :-) Nous ne confirmons nullement les critiques émis plus haut ...

Très déçus!

Emplacement idéal, appartement spacieux, distribution et surface des pièces exceptionnelles. Accueil chaleureux mais assez bref. Très déçus par une accumulation de détails: ménage plus que succin hormis les sanitaires qui étaient propres, alèses pas nettes que j'ai relavées, matelas de la chambre avec douche peu confortable, nappes lavées mais très tâchées, quelques oreillers très sales, poêles très 'usées, fuite d'eau dans la douche etc...La liste est longue, bref, un manque de contrôle et d'entretien sérieux. C'est bien dommage, nous étions prêts à louer pour 2016 car la situation est exceptionnelle mais ce ne sera pas le cas...

Coup de coeur !

charme fou dans cet appartement sur la plage. Nous avons apprécié le confort, le calme, la décoration faite avec goût. Il n'y a pas de route à traverser, juste un portillon à ouvrir pour être sur la plage. Le quartier est calme, avec des commerces à proximité. La propriétaire nous a accueillit chaleureusement. Nous avons été conquis et reviendrons certainement.
