Nice France condo

Great view of water and strategically located between Old Nice and Villefrance. Was a nice place to stay and patio view was a plus. Host was responsive and helpful from booking to checkout.

It is a nice apartment with a beautiful terrace. The location is also good: You can take the bus to the city or in the other direction towards Monaco/Menton. There is a supermarket close by. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

A Lovely Place To Stay

We kicked off our girl's trip by staying at this seaside property for 4 nights. The apartment's location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for: safe, quiet, walkable (although a bit far), spacious. The apartment came with a designated parking spot in a gated complex which was helpful. Another convenience is that the grocery store is a 5 minute walk from the home. We enjoyed the apartment's terrace and it's amazing view of the sea each morning and evening. Communication with our host was very easy, and they were quick to respond to our texts.

Cons: -Bedsheets and towels not provided, this cost 15 per person and was not advertised in the booking. Information about basic necessities not being normally provided needs to be posted in the booking. Only found out once I asked an unrelated question to the host. - Says 4 beds are available, however one of those are too small for adults, so they prepared only three beds for us and two people had to share a bed. Unsure how they can advertise 4 beds when one is child sized.- Lack of communication about check in details ahead of time.Pros:-Good location and housekeeper was helpful. Nice patio.

The house is in a great location, in a quite neighborhood. We had a supermarket very close by. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay very much. Also our host was super friendly and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay great.

Nice Rugby

Fantastic place to enjoy Nice. Out of the busy areas but with regulars buses in to town. A lovely terrace with views over the Med for breakfast. Excellent!

Best place to stay in Nice

This place was amazing. Me, my wife, my sister, and brother in law all stayed here for three nights. Communication before check in and the check in process was great. The secured parking on site was nice. A market is located within a 4 minute walk. The port of nice and the beach are a quick 10 minute drive as well as the beautiful town of Villefrench (a must eat place). The views of the Mediterranean were stunning and the accommodations were wonderful. If you want beauty and comfort at a fantastic price, this is the place to stay. Your host is the best.

World Cup Rugby in Nice

The apartment was excellent but we were four men travelling together and assumed there would be a separate bed for each but we managed to make do. Our biggest problem was how far the apartment was from the town and it was a long tiring walk back at night.

Très bon séjour dans un appart bien place et très lumineux avec superbe vue ( un peu trop près de l'avenue cependant) permettant de belles ballades dans la région. A signaler un accueil très agréable de David avec de bons conseils et anecdotes. Petit bémol: les 2 lits de 80 étaient trop justes pour nos enfants ( 13 et 18 ans) . Nous recommandons ce logement . We had some wonderful days in Nice. The view is excellent and a nice sunny terras to enjoy this view. The road is quite busy, but that did not bother us at all. Very close to supermarket and busstop and from the apartment, you can make beautiful walks. Very friendly people.
