HISTORICAL INFORMATION:
It was from the mill on the edge of the property that the Duke of Aiguillon commanded the French troops who defeated the English at the Battle of Saint Cast in 1758. (7 Years' War). From the mill, he had a view of the entire bay as far as Saint Malo. This exceptional view is the one we have from the villa.
