Great location and ideal for 4 people However we rented this 2 bedroom house that the details said included towels and bedding However upon arrival we only had bed linen provided for just 1 bed and were told that we had to pay extra for bedding for the 2nd bedroom.also charged for a cleaning fee at the end of the stay which was not made clear at the time of booking.

Hello Damien, You are right for this matter and i apologized for this inconvenient. There was a mistake with bed linen which was noted included. But not for towels and cleaning. You were 2 personns in the description, so i "offer" you one bed linen and you pay only cleaning an towels . (like it was mentioned) Abritel repared it now and all is noted in option (cleaning, bed linen and towels). Thanks for your help which permited to improved the description of my location. Xavier

Lovely stay in Provence

We had a lovely stay at Xavier's property. Communication with Xavier was great, and Michèle who checked us in was made us feel very welcome. This is a well presented house with lots of space, and the enclosed garden is private and secure. Great location for easy access in and out of town, and just a few minuses walk from a fabulous patisserie too. Thank you Xavier and Michèle

Perfect

The House is very comfortable and spacious. The Garden is great. Especially when you are with a dog. A Öl Mill is next to the house. A bakery is 50m away and at the end of the village you have a Spar. You can get everywhere (Avignon, Aix, Camargue) can be reached under 60 minutes.

We were very satisfied. The house was very beautiful. The large living space is particulary attractive. Unfortunatly you can hear the street clearly during the day. But we were able to get over it.

Great vacation home

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house and especially the terrace and garden. Great for the dog to be able to run around freely in the garden. Communication with the owner Xavier was easy and we always got an immediate response. Kitchen was complete. Some people might find it bothersome that the bathroom is located downstairs and the two bedrooms are upstaris. It didn't bother us at all.

Even better second time around

Our second time at Xavier's house. The niggles from last year have mostly been addressed, except the fan in the bathroom. A very pleasant 2 weeks with glorious sunshine throughout. The dogs remembered the villa straight away and were very settled in the garden. Although we had neighbours in the front house this time, parking for a car each was not a problem. Able to visit all of our old haunts in western Provence, and a few new ones. We will be back again - maybe not next year - but soon.

Very Nice Property which we would visit again

Knowing this area well, my wife and I stayed for 3 weeks in Feb/Mar 23. The property was very acceptable to us, with just a few niggles. The oven had been removed (previous occupant had reported that it broke) and so we had a combi Oven/Microwave for 3 weeks, which was not great. I had hoped a repaired oven could have been fitted during our extended stay, but this was not offered. The picture of an expresso coffee maker turned out to be replaced a small filter coffee maker - a bit of a disappointment. The bathroom fan did not work leading to the bathroom steaming up a lot - difficult to shave. The description had "linen provided" but the host tried to charge us for bed linen, towels (we did bring our own) and table linen - not appreciated. The description of the property made no reference to the end of rental cleaning fee. The sun loungers/bicycles mentioned in pictures and description were not anywhere to be found - I guess it was not summery enough. All of this could be easily rectified, and we did enjoy our time at the property. The garden was very good and safe for our dogs, and having the bakery about 100 yards away was fabulous.

Es war alles einwandfrei. Das Haus ist ein alter Stall, der sehr liebevoll von den Besitzern als Ferienhaus umgebaut wurde. Der Garten und die Terrasse erweitern den Wohnraum nach draußen. Alles zusammen strahlt eine schöne und wohnliche Atmosphäre aus.Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, die im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss aneinander grenzen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist zu einer Seite offen zum Wohnraum im Erdgeschoss. Es ist wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum Wohlfühlen.Der Vermieter bietet die Endreinigung als kostenpflichtigen Service an, ebenso wie die Bettbezüge und die Handtücher.

Genussvolle Entspannung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus von Xavier sehr genossen. Das Haus selbst und seine Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten in dem Garten sehr gut entspannen und von dort aus beim Wandern in den Alpillen und in den schönen Dörfern der Umgebung das Leben genießen. Der Kontakt zu Xavier und seiner Mutter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir werden gern wiederkommen.

Location au milieu du Parc regional des Alpilles

Outre son emplacement ideal en plein milieu du parc regional des Alpilles, ce qui en fait une place pratique pour rayonner. La maison est extrêmement propre, bien équipée, au calme malgre la proximité de la route qui n'est derangeante.Une boulangerie se trouve a 3 min a pied.Pour information, les deux chambres sont a l'étage en mezzanine et la salle de bain et les toilettes au RDC. Le propriétaire tres prevenant prend de vos nouvelles très régulièrement. L'accès aux clés meme tardivement et très simple. Belle location. L'ACCtrrregulieremznrclérRRDC.

Mooi huisje

Verrassend leuk les Alpilles! Genoten van mooie stadjes, dorpen en natuur. Veel olijfbomen! Prima om wandelingen te maken, fietsen, te klimmen, golf te spelen. Keurig verbouwde schuur, modern en netjes; heerlijke open ruimte met keuken, eet- en zitgedeelte. Op de verdieping een tweepersoons bed met gordijn voor de trap en aangrenzend een slaapkamer met deur. Heel jammer dat er geen horren voor ramen en deuren zijn. Geen last van verkeer. Fijn omheinde tuin met hoge coniferen. Eigenaar was vergeten dat linnengoed inbegrepen was maar dat was snel verholpen. Goed contact met moeder van eigenaar. Op de foto stond een Senseo maar dat bleek een koffieapparaat met filters te zijn. Mooie laatste week van oktober gehad hier met temperatuur tussen 20-25 graden en een beetje regen.

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Mouries selber bietet nicht so viel, ist aber ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ziele. Der kleine Garten ist komplett von einer Mauer umgeben. Den Straßenverkehr vor dem Haus merkt man in Haus und Garten nicht.

Schönes wohnen am Rande der Alpilles.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Steinhaus mit dem kleinen Gärtchen sehr genossen!!! Der Bäcker um die Ecke, der Markt am Mittwoch in Mouriès, die wunderschöne Landschaft in der Umgebung und die Nähe zu St. Remy haben uns den Aufenthalt sehr genießen lassen. Wir kommen wieder!!!
