Comfortable 4 bedroom beach house in a flowery garden, with a large terrace facing south and sheltered from the sea winds. Ideally located on the beach within walking distance to the city center via the boardwalk ‘les planches’.
Take a nap in the lounge chairs under the tree, or enjoy the sunset with a drink on the deck.
A bakery is two blocks from the house and a supermarket Carrefour market is only a 5 minutes walk.

Beautifully located, comfortable and nicely kept house. I spent here one week in early May with my family (4 adults and 2 small kids)and we really enjoyed it. 4 bedrooms with a separate bathrooms gave us comfort and privacy, big living room with sofas and big table was spacious enough to accommodate us nicely during the meals and when the wheat her was not good enough to be outside. All of this plus friendly and helpful owners makes us thinking that we may return one day to this lovely house.

Neben den vielfältigen Möglichkeiten, was Ihr Haus geboten hat, haben wir besonders Ihren wunderbaren Garten geschätzt. Der schöne Blick auf das Meer hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue verzaubert. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand und zum morgendlichen Kaffee bei Chez Berny haben uns den Aufenthalt zusätzlich versüßt. Very pleasant stay in Benerville!

We stayed in Benerville for one week with 4 adults and 4 children. The house is very nice and well equipped. It is close to the beach and boardwalk to the city center. The owners are very helpful and take good care of everything you need. We would love to come back one day!

Belle et grande maison extrêmement bien située

Cette maison se situe quasiment en front de mer (plage Benerville), elle est grande, 3 chambres à l'étage et une chambre au rez de jardin. Le jardin est grand et bien exposé avec une partie protégé du vent. La maison est propre et très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses fêtes de Noel là bas. Nous sommes allés tous les jours à pied à Deauville et même Trouville (on aime marcher). La cuisine est bien équipée. Raphael, le propriétaire, est charmant. Il est également très arrangeant pour l'échange des clés.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in Benerville this past summer with our children and grand children. The house is very conveniently located on the beach, has a nice garden and is only a 15 min walk from Deauville city center. The house has spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a great south facing terrace. Pictures on the website correspond to reality. Dealing with the owners was easy and pleasant as they speak perfect English. They were able to find a nice cleaning lady for us which was much appreciated. We would love to come back !

Situation parfaite.......

La Maison/Villa est très bien placé...a 2 minutes de la plage de Benerville et ainsi on peut très bien se promener vers Deauville. 25 minutes et on y est. Pas loin on peut trouvé une boulangerie et aussi un Carrefour ...pour des petites choses a faire a pied dans 15 minutes. A quelques minutes vers Deauville on peut trouver un Restaurant bien. On a apprécié le calme de l'endroit inclus un vaste jardin clos ..bien pour notre Petit chien. On etait que 3 personnes mais on tous apprécié la maison ainsi. La Maison/Villa offre un choix de chambres et 2 salle de bains. La salle de bains en bas...ce n'est pas pour des gens un peu "enveloppés" :-) ..par contre celle a l'étage est bien grande. Les chambres ont tous une taille bien grande. Ceci compte aussi pour le Salon. Utile serait dans le Salon ...si la télévision donne accés a plus de chaines TV. Dans la cuisine on trouve - si on veut utiliser - tout ce qui faut et ceci en quantité süffisantes. Quelques outils pourraient etre renouveles car ils ont déja bien été utilisés. Dans l'ensemble une maison attractive, un lieu agréable.

bon séjour

La maison est très bien située pour les belles promenades le long de la mer, visiter Deauville à pied etc.... La maison correspondait à l'annonce : propre et bien entretenue, cuisine bien équipée, chambres spacieuses, living agréable et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié la bonne ambiance et la bonne éducation des résidents. A refaire et à recommander.
