The house is in a very quiet area whith a large garden and a garage. We can see from the balcony and the garden the mountains called Hautacam,Pic du Viscos and Cabaliros.
Ideally located: five minutes walking to the center of the village.
The house has been refurbished this spring 2023 (new double glazed windows and their solar electric shutters, a wood stove Contura, walls paintings in the salon and séjour, relooked walnut furnitures, ceiling fan Faro, wall skiers)
Argeles is a very pleasant "station ski thermal village" , located in the cross of three valleys in the heart of High Pyrenees.You can do shopping walking through the village, many terrasses and restaurants where to have a rest, a very busy and animated market on Tuesday morning (sheep, goat cheeses, AOC lamb cotelettes, local producers fruits and vegetables...)

We can practise ski, climbing , walks, cycling, swimming.
You can choose between many skiresorts and even change every day of your stay. You can ski in Cauterets 1800m/2415m, Hautacam 1500m/1800m, Luz-Ardiden 1700m/2500m,Barèges et le Domaine du Tourmalet 1100m/2500m, Gavarnie) Ski de fond au col de Couraduque 1367m, au Pont d'Espagne1500 m, au Hautacam 1500m.
Cycling allow to climb many famous cols and arrivals of Tour de France: Tourmalet, Soulor, Aubisque, Spandelles, Bordères, Hautacam, Luz Ardiden , Cirque de Gavarnie, Pic des Tentes, cirque de Troumouse, plateau de Saugué, Cauterêts cambasque july 2023...)
You can walk through the Parc National with different access: Arrens,Pont d'Espagne,Barèges,Gavarnie.
You can swim in the sport center of Lau Balagans five minutes riding from the house.There is an indoor pool(all the year) and an outdoor large pool opened in July and August.
There are also six tennis courts and a municipal swimming pool in Lau Balagnas with an amazing view of the valley des gaves de Gavarnie.
There is also a pleasant cycling road called "the green road" between Lourdes and Cauterêts going through Argeles and the sport center of Lau Balagnas.
The house is well equiped with confortable furnitures.
Linen and towels are free provided, beds are ready at your arrival.
You can eat outside on the "salon de jardin".
In the garage you can find four bicycles,one ping pong table with rackets and balls, two badminton rackets...
