Comfortable apartment with attention to detail, with a charming atmosphere and high vaulted ceilings, is located in the heart of Sanremo, at the beginning of the historic center, on the second floor without lift of a beautiful building from the 1500s with the newly renovated stairwell.
Far from the traffic noise but in the city center, a few steps from all the main city streets, cinemas, theaters, beaches, the port.
Definitely the ideal place to leave the car and enjoy the life of the city and live it at all hours of the day and evening!
In a few minutes walk you reach via Palazzo with all its shops, via Matteotti, the main street of the city, where it is pleasant to walk the day or evening and where the Ariston theater and the Casino are located.
Just below the house, in the typical and lively "La Pigna" district, there are various characteristic restaurants.
Going down towards the sea, in a few minutes you can reach the lively Bresca square in the evening, where you can meet again for an aperitif, a dinner, or an after-dinner.
Or take a relaxing walk, or ride, on the bike path that runs along the sea for many kilometers.
 Nearby is the daily newspaper market and various supermarkets.
Free and equipped beaches are within walking distance.

A great place to visit and discover San Remo

Everything we needed for our stay

We spent two weeks here and it worked out really well for us. The rooms are generously sized and each had their own bathroom and the outdoor terrace was ideal for us to have meals or just relax. In the heart of old Antibes and close to everything.

Very nice experience!

It was an extremely nice experience, Livia is a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very authentic, cozy and beautiful, it is super clean and the kitchen is equipped with all things to cook... Located really 10 minutes to the beach and is very close to the most places. Next to the apartment are three good restaurants, next supermarket is 5-7 minutes by foot. The food market is 2-3 minutes away. I can highly recommend this plane and Livia as a host. Thank you very much!

Schöne Lage in der Altstadt

Wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einem großen italienischen Wohnzimmer mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar: Bahnhof, Markthalle, Meer, Ariston..... Danke Livia, für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Abbiamo passato una settimana molto tranquilla e rilassante nel caratteristico alloggio di Livia nel budello di Sanremo. Livia è molto disponibile e cordiale, è stato come soggiornare a casa di un parente. Situato nel budello di Sanremo, a pochi passi dal centro e a poche centinaia di metri dalla prima spiaggia, comodo caratteristico e accessibile. Consigliatissimo!

La casa è carinissima, nella parte vecchia di Sanremo comodissima per raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti ed è vicina alla stazione, ai negozi, supermercati ecc. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Consigliatissima!!!

Un'esperienza indimenticabile!

Immersa nel vociare dei suoi vicoli e delle sue stradine abbiamo raggiunto il nostro alloggio... Mi sembra incredibile.... e così ogni sera mi soffermo a guardare come tutte queste casette dandosi la mano si sostengono l'un l'altra ... mi sento davvero nel cuore della città...pieno di storia e crocevia di viandanti.... L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano. E' accogliente e pulito. Non manca di nulla. Da un'antica finestra si scorge il mare mentre sotto di noi la vita pulsa....

Una settimana da sogno

La casa è molto accogliente, molto più bella rispetto alle foto. Nonostante il caldo e la mancanza di aria condizionata, le stanze sono fresche e ventilate. Non manca nulla, mi sono sentita come a casa. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e si è subito messa a disposizione per qualsiasi esigenza. La consiglio vivamente.

Excellent Apartment, Excellent Hostess!

Livia could not have been a kinder, more accommodating hostess! The apartment itself is located in the old city of Sanremo, and is roomy with a well equipped kitchen (we love cooking, and if you do, you're in luck!), and beautiful views. Apartment is very close to all shops and markets, a short walk to the ocean, and about a 20-25 minute walk from the train station. Highly recommend, and hope to be there again very soon!!

Abbiamo dormito solo una notte nel meraviglioso appartamento di Livia. Accoglienza molto calorosa da parte della sorella Barbara. Spazioso, arredato con amore, pulitissimo, per sentirsi bene. Saremo felici di tornare - speriamo un po' più a lungo! Consigliatissimo!

Bello, bellissimo che altro dire, è stato un sogno.

Vacanza breve ma perfetta, la casa è davvero bella, curata nei minimi particolari ed in centro città, ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio, poi Livia ci ha accolto con calore rendendo il primo incontro piacevolissimo, un grazie ed un arrivederci a presto, magari questa volta per qualche giorno in più.

Accoglienza e cordialità

La mia famiglia ed io ci siamo fermati solo per un fine settimana, ma l'alloggio rispecchia quello che è la proprietaria: accogliente, curato nei dettagli. Inoltre le foto non rendono effettivamente giustizia allo spazio a disposizione: 3 camere distinte in cucina accessoriata di tutto, disimpegno/soggiorno e spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale. Suggestiva l'ubicazione nella zona storica di Sanremo. La signora Livia si è dimostrata premurosa e disponibile. Insomma merita 5 stelle piene. Brava Livia!!!!! Graziella e famiglia

Per la seconda volta abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo week end in questo appartamento! La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima come sempre! L'appartamento è molto pulito e curato nei particolari! This was my mom's house .... from 2011 I decided to rent it and I did some renovations while maintaining the atmosphere of a loved and lived house full of objects that satisfy the view and make it a pleasant place to stay!
