Fantastic apartment in a great position

A fantastic apartment, very well equipped and a great location for the town centre. The welcome pack was particularly appreciated as was a very helpful check-in by Candida. My only issue was the apartment is advertised with Parking, but this is only on-street and was not always easy to get a space nearby. But overall one of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Amazing Alghero, beautiful Sardinia

Excellent host providing everything a family could desire. Incredibly spacious apartment well situated for walking access to old town & so many beautiful beaches very close by car or local bus. Facilities & extras like beach umbrellas & beach bats & ball made our stay so enjoyable. This air conditioned apartment made it very comfortable with tiled floors throughout. So easy to keep clean. Our 2 little grandsons loved its spaciousness & balconies to see all the action of the street below. Thank you to our host Candida.

L'appartamento della gentilissima sig.ra Candida è spettacolare! Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal bellissimo centro storico di Alghero, è spazioso e confortevole, ben ventilato anche senza l'uso dei climatizzatori presenti in tutte le camere da letto, arredato con stile e gusto e dalla pulizia immacolata. Un ringraziamento alla nostra ospite è doveroso: all' arrivo ci ha accolti con pizzette, squisita pasticceria sarda e un' ottima bottiglia di vermentino sardo, ci ha dato tanti consigli per trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza ad Alghero e nei suoi splendidi dintorni , inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno si è premurata in piu' occasioni di sapere se tutto procedesse bene. Grazie sig.ra Candida! Ci auguriamo di poter ritornare in futuro nella sua splendida cittadina.

Merveilleux l'appartement, tout comme dans les photos. La réception était parfaite, le propriétaire très attentif, toujours disponible quand nous en avons besoin.Appartement bien situé, dans le centre d'Alghero.Un appartement complet, tout fonctionne bien, je suis allé avec un bébé et avait un lit pour bébé, peut louer sans problème, passera d'excellentes vacances.

Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen Algheros

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, haben zwei Wochen in dieser perfekten Wohnung im Herzen Algheros verbringen dürfen. Schon vor unserer Anreise wurden ausführlich über Parkmöglichkeiten, Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe... informiert. Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr, sehr herzlich begrüßt. Auf dem Küchentisch stand italienisches Gebäck, es lag eine Flasche Rotwein bereit und im Kühlschrank warteten kalte Getränke. Uns wurde die sehr saubere Wohnung gezeigt und die Funktion der Klimaanlagen erklärt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber sondern auch noch sehr groß und bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Sie liegt in einer belebten Straße, die italienisches Leben widerspiegelt. In die Altstadt geht man fünf Minuten, zum Supermarkt ebenfalls, in der Nähe findet man Restaurants, Cafes und ein kleiner Felsstrand ist auch in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachmittags saßen wir häufig auf dem Balkon, der zu Straße gerichtet ist, tranken einen Expresso und beabachteten das bunte italienische Leben. Nachts konnte man sehr gut schlafen. Es war ruhig, alle Zimmer haben Jalousien und lassen sich komplett verdunkeln, zudem besitzt jedes Zimmer eine eigene Klimaanlage, mit der man die Temperaturen etwas nach unten regulieren konnte. Der nächste Sandstrand ist in etwa 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen . Allerdings gibt es dort relativ viele Algen, deshalb sind wir mit dem Leihwagen an einen der bildschönen Strände gefahren, die etwas nordlich von Alghero liegen. Die Fahrtzeit betrug etwa 10 bis 20 Minuten. Insgesamt ist diese Wohnung perfekt, um einen sehr guten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Splendido appartamento con vista sul mare

Appartamento stupendo, pulitissimo, ben arredato con la proprietaria Sig.ra Candida diponsibilissima che al nostro arrivo (faceva molto (cald ci aspettava con dei pasticcini e delle bevande fresche!!! La struttura e' molto vicina al centro storico, ai ristoranti tipici, bar, supermercati, al Lungomare Dante, all'Aquario e ha una vista sul mare spettacolare! E' veramente ideale per una famiglia con bambini. E' stata la prima volta che abbiamo visitato la Sardegna, Alghero, ma ci ritrorneremo di sucuro nell'appartamento per esplorare meglio la citta'! Un caloroso ringraziamento quindi alla Signora Candida!!! Una famiglia ungherese

Bellissimo Appartamento per una Vacanza Perfetta

Gent.mi Sig. ra Candida e Sig. Salvatore buonasera, io e mio marito con una coppia di amici abbiamo appena soggiornato nel Vs. bellissimo appartamento, situato in zona centrale a due passi dal bellissimo Centro Storico di Alghero. Appartamento stupendo, "superpulitissimo" arredato con gusto in ogni suo particolare, wifi disponibile nella casa e tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno perfetto. E..che dire della Vs. accoglienza deliziata da squisiti pasticcini sardi...la Vs. disponibilità..siete persone stupende...già vi conoscevamo...abbiamo soggiornato nel corso degli anni nella Vs. altrettanto bella casa di via Foredada...Voi e le Vostre case siete una garanzia per chi voglia passare una Vacanza nella Bellissima Alghero...da parte nostra, non abbiamo dubbi, ogni qualvolta vogliamo tornare..senza cercare, sappiamo dove andare. Buonasera Signora Candida, da dove cominciare... abbiamo trascorso 10gg presso la sua bellissima casa...pulitissima, arredata con gusto, posizionata in punto strategico X raggiungere il centro anche a piedi. Lei è stata di una cordialità ,gentilezza e disponibilità indescrivibile...voto 10 il benvenuto con pizzette e dolci..rendendo ancora più bella la nostra fanrastica estate... Detto ció consigliamo a tutti questo bellissimo appartamento anche per coppie con figli come noi... Non mancheremo di essere nuovamente suoi ospiti...qualora un giorno ritorneremo.ad Alghero.

Fantastic department close to sea and old town

When arriving to this fantastic apartment in Alghero we were very well greated by the owners, Candida and Salvatore. The kitchen and all other technicalities were explained and also were to find stores, which restaurants that were the best and a lot more. The apartment was very clean and nice and well taken care of. The apartment is located very close to both sea, old Town, restaurants, bus station and all the things needed during our stay. We are a famly of four with two daughters of 15 and 19. The girls even had separate rooms and we had a lot of space in the apartment. Nearby shops and markets were also good and we could find what we wanted in meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, wines and a lot more. Alghero is a very nice Town for walks and also running (but hot!) and when we Went for beaches it was very convenient to walk to the bus station and take the bus for 20-30 minutes. We really want to recommend this apartment! We will keep very nice memories from Alghero! Thank you! Fam Eriksson, Sweden

Esperienza eccellente (outstanding experience)

Il nostro soggiorno nell'appartamento della signora Parisi e' stato estremamente soddisfacente (extremely satisfying). La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione riguardo la posizione dell'appartamento ed i servizi offerti era accurata. L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente, arredato con ottimo gusto, profumato, luminoso, spazioso, funzionale, ed in condizioni pressoche' perfette. La signora Parisi ha fornito un servizio privo di qualsiasi pecca, a cominciare da un'accoglienza a base di caratteristici dolci sardi e vino bianco della Gallura. Consiglio vivamente questo appartemento, che ospita comodamente almeno cinque adulti, a chiunque si rechi ad Alghero per vacanza o lavoro. Complimenti alla signora Parisi per la sua disponibilita' e gentilezza, e per la qualita' del servizio offerto.

Lovely apartment with perfect location in Alghero

We are two sisters and our mother who stayed in this lovely apartment in the middle of April. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, very clean and very well furnished. Also the kitchen is well equiped so we could make several meals at home. We had a perfect time in Alghero. It's so near both the sea and the old Town and the weather in April counld't be better. We could defenitely rent the apartment again, The balconies were good to read a book and have a glas of wine on. The seaview from one of the bedroom with is own balcony is very nice too. We stayed in this apartment for the second time, since we fell in love with the place, when we stayed there first time a year ago. And we would certainly come again. Eine super Woche in Alghero

Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Sie ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr behaglich eingerichtet. Hier fühlten wir uns von Beginn an wohl ! Vom Schlafzimmer genießt man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Den großen Balkon kann man von Küche und Speisezimmer aus betreten und hat von dort einen schönen Blick in Richtung Altstadt. Diese erreicht man bequem zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten und wohnt somit sehr zentral. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, und mit den beiden Bädern gibt es auch bei mehreren Bewohnern keine Wartezeiten. Im Wohnbereich sorgen gleich 2 Fernseher inkl. Sat-TV für hohen Komfort. Für Familien mit mehreren Kindern ist diese Wohnung ideal, denn bei Bedarf hat hier jeder seinen nötigen Freiraum und man ist trotzdem beieinander. Dank der Tiefgarage um die Ecke existiert auch kein Parkplatzproblem, was wir zusätzlich als sehr angenehm empfanden. Die Vermieter Candida & Salvatore wohnen im Haus, und trotz unserer Anreise am späten Abend empfingen sie uns persönlich, sogar mit einer kleinen Schale Gebäck ... und im Kühlschrank standen Wasser und ein kühles Bier bereit. Eine sehr nette Aufmerksamkeit, wie wir fanden. Dank dieser Wohnung in der schönen Stadt Alghero und der herrlichen Umgebung, haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht ! Die Wohnung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, und wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals und alles Gute für Sie beide ! Saluti Julia, Max, Annett & Andreas da Berlino.

Spacious elegant apartment in central location

We are a family of 4 with 2 daughters and we recently stayed in this beautiful apartment in Alghero. From the minute we arrived in the apartment we felt at home. We were greeted warmly by Candida and Salvatore who explained everything about the apartment and "La Belle Alghero" to us. There was also some very welcome traditional Sardinian biscuits and drinks left for us in the apartment. Candida could not have been more efficient when making the booking and this made things very easy. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean and has everything you need even for a long stay. There are a number of terraces front and back where you can relax, read a book or enjoy a lovely glass of Sardinian wine. My favourite is the terrace off the ensuite master bedroom which has a beautiful sea view. It is very centrally located with supermarkets and bakeries very nearby. It is about a 5 minute walk to the old walled historical town which has many beautiful restaurants and cafes. There is a rocky beach nearby and many other sandy beaches only a 10 minute bus ride or a 20 to 30 minute walk if you are feeling more energetic. We hired bicycles and enjoyed the freedom of the many cycle paths around Alghero. Candida made special arrangements for us to park our bikes at night. They were exceptional hosts and did everything they possibly could to make our holiday such a memorable one. They even brought us back to the airport at the end of our stay. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone. We will definitely be back next year.

Casa vacanze 6403550 ALGHERO (Sig.ra CANDIDA) . perfetta la descrizione dell'appartamento (molto spazioso, proprio bello ed ubicato in una zona "strategica" di Alghero) che ci è stato consegnato pulitissimo e dotato di tutto. Molto disponibile, gentile e prodiga di consigli o suggerimenti la Sig.ra Candida, preziosi per l'ottimo svolgimento della vacanza. Appartamento assolutamente consigliabile. l'appartamento veramente bello e spazioso, fondamentale con due bambini!!non oso immaginare cosa sarebbe successo in una camera di un albergol!!!munito di tutti i confort, i proprietari cordiali e disponibili ad ogni eventuale ns. richiesta!a 10 minuti dal centro storico della città e a 15 minuti dalla fermata degli autobus da cui si può decidere di andare nelle più belle spiagge di Alghero!A soli 50 mt potete trovare un supermercato aperto tutti i giorni per ogni necessità!Direi ideale per una famiglia con bambini!! Meraviglioso

A metà giugno abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento della signora Candida in quattro adulti e due bambini e ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento è molto spazioso, pulitissimo, luminoso e completo di tutti i comfort. La posizione è perfetta, perchè il centro è a pochi passi. La signora Candida è stato molto disponibile e non esiteremo a ritornarci in un prossimo viaggio in Sardegna.

We had a very warm welcome from the hosts Candida and Salvatore and for the rest of our stay we felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped to a high standard. It is ideally situated, close to the old town, restaurants and shops. "Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Alghero. L''appartement était d''une propreté irréprochable, très bien situé; les propriétaires très présents et aidants. Nous avions une très belle vue sur la mer.
