Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferien, 4 Kinder und wir Eltern.Die Lage ist top, dass Haus hat alles was man benögigt.Jedoch 1 Ventilator für 4 Räume bei 35c war zu wenig. Zudem gab es keine Mückennetze an den Fenstern.Das sollte optimiert werden.

Fast perfekt

Schönes Haus mit einfacher Ausstattung in super Lage. Nicht überladen mit Touristen, super Strand fußläufig in ca. 25 Minuten erreichbar. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort. Preis-Leistung insgesamt sehr gut. Unsere Kinder haben einen Internetzugang vermisst.

Es war sehr sauber

Sehr schön und sehr freundlich. Nur es waren keine Insekten Schutz an den Fenstern die schnacken und Mücken waren unmöglich und nur ein Ventilator für drei Zimmer ist zu wenig für 40 grad. Die Dusche könnte ein wenig modernisiert werden innen und draußen der Rest war super

Ottima in tutto!

Vacanza in famiglia, con la presenza di 2 cani di media taglia. La casa è molto bella, pulita, confortevole e comoda. Ottima anche per i nostri amici a 4 zampe con un giardino spazioso e privato. La proprietaria è stata super gentile, onesta e reperibile in qualsiasi momento della giornata!(ci siamo trovati molto bene fin dal momento della prenotazione, oltre che al soggiorno). Anche la madre della signora Veronica è stata molto cordiale e ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, senza essere invadenti e dandoci fiducia. Molto comoda la posizione vicina al mare ed a pochi km dal centro di Vada, di Rosignano e di Cecina. Vacanza ottima in tutto! La consiglio a chiunque vorrebbe trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e senza pensieri!

Très décevant, aucun attrait pour nous

Nous sommes arrivés, avons fait le tour de la propriété et sommes repartis aussitôt, sans remboursement évidemment. Les photos de l'annonce ne reflètent pas nécessairement bien la réalité. Attention : la douche est dans le garage !!! Les serviettes et le linge de maison ne sont pas fournis, Il n'y a pas de climatisation. Pas d'internet non plus, du moins il ne fonctionnait pas. Oui, c'est très rustique. Nous avons trouvé ailleurs, beaucoup plus agréable et à peine plus cher pour toutes les commodités.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, bei denen man sich direkt willkommen fühlt. Die Zimmer sind groß und für einen entspannten Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend, wenn man keine allzu hohen Ansprüche hat. Zum Kochen ist alles vorhanden, zusätzlich gibt es die Möglichkeit zu grillen. Das Auto kann sicher im umzäunten Hof geparkt werden. Wer ländlichen Urlaub mag, ist hier genau richtig – ruhig und entspannt. Der Strand ist in etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto sind es nur wenige Minuten. Der Strand selbst ist traumhaft schön mit türkisblauem Wasser – absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles in Ordnung

Wir 12 Nächte in der Unterkunftt. Es ist sauber, ruhig. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der kleine Laden im Ort ist super. Supermärke sind 2-3km entfernt. Der Strand ist so weiß wie auf den Bildern und der Parkplatz für den Strand ist tatsächlich nur 900m weit weg.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub Wohnung spitze, Vermieter auch, wenn mal Problem….wegen Strom…sofort zur Stelle. Der Strand sieht genau so aus, 900 m sind aber zu laufen viel mehr. Aber gut machbar! Der Ortsteil wo das Objekt ist, sehr ruhig, kaum Touristen Wer seine Ruhe möchte, mit laufen kein Problem hat, außer er nimmt immer das Auto, Ist hier super gut aufgehoben👍👍👍

Great Holiday

Rustique mais sympathique

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Jéronimo le père de Veronica. La maison est rustique mais fonctionnelle, il y a de l'espace, 3 chambres et une cuisine, c'est propre. Nous nous sommes pas allés à la plage de sable blanc à cause de l'usine de produits chimiques. Par contre un peu plus loin au sud à 10 minutes il y a beaucoup de plage très accueillantes et des paysages merveilleux a découvrir.

Preiswerte Ferienwohnung an gutem Standort

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Drei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Schränken, eine Wohnküche mit Kochherd und Kühlschrank und einen eingezäunten Sitzplatz und Parkplatz. Alles war sauber, die Küche funktional eingerichtet, sogar eine Waschmaschine stand zum Gebrauch zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Die Strände sind rasch erreichbar und um andere Ausflugsziele in der Toskana zu besuchen hat die Wohnung einen idealen Standort. Es hat uns gut gefallen und die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für einen Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern.

Schöner Strandurlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Vermieter haben wir zwar nicht persönlich getroffen aber sie waren immer erreichbar, z.B. auch als die Hauptsicherung durchbrannte und wir keinen Strom hatten war innerhalb von kurzer Zeit Hilfe vor Ort. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, wir hatten mit 4 Personen und einem Kleinkind viel Platz in der Wohnung. Der "weiße Strand" ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten gibt es viele schöne Strände die mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht werden können. Natürlich darf man für den Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, beispielsweise gibt es keine Spülmaschine.

Ferienwohnung nah am Strand

Gutes, einfach eingerichtetes Haus, mit drei großen Schlafräumen, einer großen _Küche, und Sitzmöglichkeit im kühlen Flur; in Strandnähe, in einem kleinen Dorfteil gelegen. Das Haus liegt an der Straße mit mäßigem Verkehr. Sehr nette Vermieter, haben uns mit frischem Obst aus dem eigenen Garten (und Bonbons) verwöhnt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge jeglicher Art und Abkühlung im karibblauen Meer mit feinem Sandstrand.

È stata un ottima scelta. Veronica persona stupenda, ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da una vita, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Alloggio con grande cucina completa di tutto, tre camere da letto con armadi molto capienti. Posti auto, garage, barbecue, giardino e tutto quello che serve per una vacanza rilassante. Ottima posizione, vicino al mare, bar e due ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Bellissima spiaggia, mare fantastico, consiglio vivamente.
