Perfect vacation spot for nature-lovers, hikers, or golfers making their vacation memories. This beautiful mountain home has been the gathering place for family vacations for many years. The house is newly renovated with a well equipped kitchen, large screen porch, fireplace and Brazilian hard woods throughout the first floor. The master and a full bath are also on the first floor. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (3 queen, 1 crib, and bunk room with 3 twins). Each bedroom has a private entrance to the two upstairs baths. Other features include a basement recreation room with ping pong table, media room with a 60 inch smart tv & blu ray. Plenty of room to accommodate up to 11 people comfortably. Sapphire is centrally located near some of the most beautiful waterfalls and hiking trails in NC. Also, nearby is a beautiful riverside playground open to residents and a lovely dog park by the river. If you are looking for a delightful vacation Betsy’s mountain hideaway awaits your arrival.

Why they chose this property
Our mother (Betsy) built this house in 1988. Our family has been vacationing in the area since the 60's. This area and house feel like home to our families. Hope you love it as much as we do!

Large home in a great neighborhood. Activities for all ages and interests. Great basement and porch to keep vacationers occupied on rainy afternoons.
