Lovely apartment!

The apartment was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed. It is also very well located. Fabiana was a great host, very helpful with all the information we needed. On site concierge also very friendly and responsive if needed. We had a lovely week!

Et extraordinairement propre! Garage voiture en s/s spacieux même en hauteur - très pratique pour les coffres de toit - Très bel appartement avec son et chambre refaits à neuf, le reste est plus ancien mais impec. Nous y reviendrons! Excellent emplacement!!

Excellent Hospitality

We can really recommend Fabriana’s apartment. Since the first contact with her great communication and precise information. All as expected, from check in to check out and constant assistance to sort whatever question we had during the week. The complex is from the 70, nothing the owner can fix, because of the thin walls neighbors are constantly “present”. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, for those taller than 185, just about the size … . In any case a strong recommendation and we hope to visit the property again.

L'appartement est très accueillant et fonctionnel, Sa localisation dans la station nous donne l'occasion de faire une agréable petite promenade dans la zone piétonne (pleine de magasins et de cafés ) lorsque que nous rentrions des pistes . La concierge et la propriétaire sont facilement accessibles et adorables !

L'appartamento è in perfetto stato, molto accogliente e spazioso. corrisponde completamente all'annuncio pubblicato. La padrona di casa, estremamente gentile e disponibile, precisa nelle spiegazioni, ha saputo anticipare tutte le nostre domande. Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono multiple e perfettamente funzionanti. In breve torneremo! L' appartement est en parfait état, très accueillant et spacieux. Il correspond complètement à l'offre affichée. La propriétaire, extrêmement gentille et disponible, précise dans les explications, a su anticiper toutes questions. Les dotations de l'appartement sont multiples et fonctionnant. En un mot nous reviendrons !

Ottimo appartamento!

L'appartamento è ben curato e pulito; si trova a circa 7-8 minuti a piedi dagli impianti sciistici di Sestriere e a 5 minuti scarsi dal centro del paese. Poiché sia il check-in che il check-out è stato effettuato da una collaboratrice, non ho mai avuto il piacere di parlare di persona con la proprietaria, che, comunque sia, è stata gentilissima sia al telefono che per e-mail, dove ha organizzato il nostro arrivo alla perfezione, fornendoci oltretutto informazioni molto utili. Gli unici (a mio avviso piccoli) nei sono stati 1) la mancanza di una tendina per la vasca da bagno; 2) connessione wifi carente; La presenza del secondo balcone (quello più piccolino) ha sopperito alla mancanza del deposito sci. Per concludere: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. In quattro persone non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata (piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina del caffè espresso). Quando torneremo a Sestriere, se ci sarà disponibilità, prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione questo bell'appartamento.

Great apartment, perfect for our family

Great accommodation. Beds all made, apartment clean and warm on arrival and cheerful welcome from Tina. Nice to find kitchen basics already there, tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc AND a couple of bottles of wine. Kitchen simple but enough to cook a decent meal and very well equipped with utensils, decent pans and so on. Only gripe would be lack of hot water, only enough for a couple of showers before needing 3 or 4 hours to reheat. Easy 5 mins walk to slopes, though we did rent ski lockers down there (20euro for week) which I would recommend if you have children with you. Owner super helpful and very relaxed about our departure time and let us use garage until late our last afternoon. Would go back.

Excellent apartment , 8 minutes walk from the ski slopes , with a private garage sub- terrrain . An owner always available, and which is there to help us . Linen and towels provided! An apartment building and exceptionally clean . Pitch Perfect. Dishwasher and microwave brand new and high game !, but a basic toaster that does not blow much. One regret: a reserve of hot water ( cumulus ) too small, which is enough for two to three person only for showers !!! Not for 4, 5 or six tenants. About Kitchen

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans ce tres bel appartement. Celui-ci est tres tres bien équipé et est très grand. Il est assez proche des pistes. La propriétaire a été particulièrement agréable, sympathique et disponible. On reviendra! Vincent

Piacevole soggiorno in appartementino ben organizzato. Tutto pulito. Contatto immediato e competente con il proprietario. Due critiche: odore di fumo nell' appartamento (sopportabile ma non sempre piacevole) e la mancanza di una connessione ad internet (il wifi gratuito di Sestriere non funziona bene).

We spent a week in Feb'13...

We spent a week in Feb'13. 6 people comfortably catered. It is a lovely place, highly recommended. 2 min walk from shops/restaurants & 7 from ski school and lifts. Unallocated parking outside. Cosy, warm and easy to use. All modern comforts included; even some toys for my two girls! Welcoming bottles of wine were also included. We really, really liked it.

"Gemütliche Unterkunft, günstig zur Stadt gelegen, kleiner Fußweg zum Lift nötig. In der Wohnung leider kein Backofen und nur eine Duschbadewanne. Etwas umständliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, bis alle Informationen erhalten wurden."
