Nettes kleines Appartement

Appartement ist wie beschrieben und war sehr sauber. Parkplätze findet man direkt vorm Haus und auch Aufzüge stehen zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat mehrere Wohneinheiten und einen eigenen Hauspool. Leider ist das Haus und die Fenster etwas hellhörig! Auch das Doppelbett ist für 2 Erwachsene leider zu klein (Bettbreite 160cm). Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Tagesdecke abgedeckt, jedoch darunter ist diese abgenutzt und schmutzig. Zum Übernachten ist das Appartement in Ordnung, da auch ein Supermarkt direkt neben an ist. Genauso wie die Schnellstraße hinterm Haus, welche man leider hört. Entfernung nach Empuriabrava und Roses Zentrum ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

bel appartement lumineux avec trés belle terrasse vue sur canal et piscine résidence

Déjà merci d'accepter notre chien qui a été trés calme et comme vous avez pu le voir n'a fait aucun dégat. Cet appartement est bien équipé , lave linge lave vaisselle, aspirateur, machine à café, etc, assez proche en voiture d'une plage dogfriendly, ou celle de Rosas ou Emporia. Points négatifs, grosses chaleurs la nuit même en dormant avec ventilateur et volets ouverts, du coup bruyant le matin!

Apartamento en zona tranquila

Buscábamos un apartamento tranquilo por la zona y este lo fue. Terraza muy grande bien equipada perfecta para comer en ella. Con piscina muy tranquila, sin ruido ni fiestas. Perfectamente equipado. La playa está a 1.5 km, un paseo cortito que te permite estar alejado de la zona de ruido. Como posibles mejoras arreglar la persiana del dormitorio que no baja y allí amanece muy temprano y limpiar un poco las tapicerías ( los cojines de la terraza tenían manchas de comida).

Séjour agréable dans Roses

Très bel appartement dans une résidence agréable avec piscine. Très soigné, très propre, très bien équipé avec une grande terrasse très agréable. Rue un peu passante et la climatisation serait un vrai plus (ou un 2ième ventilateur au moins)

L'appartement est très agréable, propre, lumineux, spacieux et hyper bien équipé ; la terrasse est très grande. Silvia et son mari sont des gens adorables, serviables et accueillants. Je les remercie d'ailleurs pour les petites attentions laissées aux locataires. Le seul bémol de cette location est le bruit engendré par la piscine au centre de la résidence.

Appartement simplement parfait avec un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel pour la région et l'équipement. - Conforme aux photos et descriptions - Hyper équipé en tout point (ustensiles de cuisine, poêlons, casseroles, ... En tout genre, dolce gusto, sceau à glace, ventilateur, linge de maison en grande quantité, machine à laver ET produits lessive, lave vaisselle et pastilles!, 4 taques de cuissons, plan de travail en marbre, ... TV, Wifi, sac en tissu pour les courses, glaçons au congel à notre arrivée, gel douche et shampoing, ...) du jamais vu, et j'en passe! - Lit et canapé confortables - Grande salle de bain, fonctionnelle, baignoire/douche (paroi en verre, pas de rideau!) - Propriétaire très sympa, chaleureuses et à l'écoute - Propreté impeccable - Calme de la résidence, bonne insonorisation - Piscine agréable - Terrasse très grande et munie de stores descendants, mobilier agréable - Situation idéale accès aisé depuis les grands axes sans pour autant être gêné par les bruits de circulations, supermarché à 1 minute maximum à pied, aquabrava à qq minutes en voiture, plage accessible à pied en 15minutes et en voitures en qq minutes, bcp de sites à visiter à proximité. En un mot, nous avons re-signé pour trois semaines cette année et nous impatientions déjà d'y être!

Somos una pareja joven que estuvo a mediados de julio. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo que necesitas para hacer la estancia lo màs agradable y comfortable. Es tal cual aparece en las fotos, la terraza es enorme. Ademàs, tienes el Mercadona en la puerta. Los dueños Silvia y Carlos son muy amables y estàn disponibles para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Sin duda volveremos.

Fantástico

El apartamento está ubicado en un lugar tranquilo de Roses, alejado del bullicio turístico pero a menos de 10 minutos andando del paseo marítimo. Dispone de una terraza enorme y muy agradable con vistas a la piscina de la urbanización y al canal. Está perfectamente equipado para que no eches nada en falta. Todo absolutamente limpio y cuidado. Está decorado con mucho gusto, cuidando todos los detalles por lo que te sientes estupendamente en todo momento. Además los propietarios, Carlos y Silvia, son muy agradables y da gusto tratar con ellos. Sin duda una experiencia estupenda.
