Spacious house, completely renovated, great amenities, located in a very quiet and safe area, close to all amenities. It is in a dead end so with little traffic. Shaded terrace with large garden table and gas plancha. Secure swimming pool (alarm) with sun loungers and parasol. All rooms are air-conditioned. Ideal rental for people wanting a quiet, non-noisy vacation while being near the sea. Close to a village with traditional festivals all summer (bull races, Camargue horses). Beaches nearby, accessible by bike (cycle paths) – 2 adult bikes are loaned for the stay. Many activities: sailing, kite surfing (large beaches), horse riding, tennis, jet skiing, water skiing, private beaches, etc. Fenced, shaded garden. Pets allowed if clean and quiet. Walks around the pond with varied fauna and flora. Fitness trail nearby for jogging enthusiasts, possibility of running around the pond. Private parking for 3 cars against the house. Tram terminal 500 m from the house with direct access in 20 minutes to the center of Montpellier: very beautiful city with a pedestrian historic center and numerous restaurants, bars, shops, museums, etc.

Belle villa climatisée avec piscine agréable et situation géographique idéale entre littoral , arrière pays et Montpellier. Secteur calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Perols est un joli village dont le cœur est animé (soirées et marchés). Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour

Wonderful house - great mix of beach and culture

House was very comfortable for 2 families with kids - the pool was the perfect afternoon activity to entertain kids and keep adults cooled down. Close beaches were a few minutes drive by car, and some of the adults rode the house bikes to meet us there. Also wonderful to have the tram a few minutes walk and be able to go to Montpellier and leave the car at home. We were surprised that we were expected to provide our own sheets/linens for the beds but after a discussion with the owner they set us up for our stay. Highly recommend this house.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons deux semaines mi Aout à Perols. L'accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux et sympathique. La maison est très agréable avec vue sur la piscine et l'étang. Elle est très bien placé entre Montpellier et les plages avec pistes cyclables proches. La région est jolie et le temps au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons donc fortement ce logement.

Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans cette maison, aucunes mauvaises surprises, tout correspondait à l'annonce. Nous avons adoré la piscine et profité du grill. La maison se situe dans un quartier tranquille.

Belle maison

Très jolie maison avec tout le confort bien entretenue. Le jardin est également très agréable et bien entretenu avec un belle piscine. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances et reposantes. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont bien informé sur leur région et les diverses activités possibles. Idéal pour les amateurs de kit surfing le propriétaire peux bien les conseiller.

Très belle découverte

Très belle découverte et agréable séjour que nous ne risquons pas d'oublier de si tôt. La maison est très bien entretenue et très pratique (tout le matériel nécessaire est à disposition). Belle situation géographique; proche des plages, ports, commerces, transports en commun, avec comme avantage d'être tout de même au calme. Vacances positives en tout points et endroit donnant envie d'y retourner.

IDEALE POUR DES VACANCES EN FAMILE ET EN VELO

Maison idéalement située, proche du Tram et des pistes cyclable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle. 10 minutes des plages en vélos (les 2 vélos laissés sur place ont bien été utilisés), village sympathique et environnement très agréable (proche de l'étang et des commerces).

Villa avec piscine dans quartier résidentiel !

La description et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec un petit rosé au frigo et une maison propre et bien aménagée . Villa bien située au bord de l'Etang de Perols. Possibilité d'excursion en tram à Montpellier . Nous avons préféré la voiture car nous étions 4 (+ un chien) et nous avons découvert la région avec grand plaisir (Les Lattes,Palavas les Flots, La Grande Motte) Beau séjour à refaire !
