About this property

Villa with exclusive privacy and beautiful seaview

The house is located close to the sea and about 8 minutes driving from the amazing port of Naoussa. The property is very green, full of flowers and fruit trees, with small olive plantations which one can admire sitting on 2nd floor veranda as well as the marvelous sea view.
There is a pool with complete privacy, 2 outside BBQ and a gas grill for you to enjoy your vacations.
The house is gated and surrounded by a wall to ensure absolute privacy. There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms in the house and each of them has it´s own bathroom.
There is an additional airconditioned room in the basement which can be set up as additional bed room, or gym / dance room with stretching mats and boxing bag etc it also has a bath room.

We can provide informations to start or to improve your skills in this sport.
Horseback riding: You can enjoy sunset ride on the beach, walk in the mountain hills or a beginner course.
Travel : The airport is 30 min. by car and the port is 20min. by car from the house. To use your own transportation is recommended and there are a lot of car rentals around available on the island.
Distances: The nearest town is Naoussa ( 8 min. of driving).
It is ancient port and it was voted “The Most Beautiful Old Port In Greece”.
In Naoussa you can find all places of entertainment : restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs.

Why they chose this property

Paros is the most beautiful island because it combines rocky landscape but also a lot of green. I have been coming here for 30 years and still in love with it! I am a windsurfer and this island is my 2nd home. There are a lot of others things to do as well, such as horseback riding, hiking, biking, beach volley, going out etc
