About this property

Villa with exclusive privacy and beautiful seaview

The house is located close to the sea and about 8 minutes driving from the amazing port of Naoussa. The property is very green, full of flowers and fruit trees, with small olive plantations which one can admire sitting on 2nd floor veranda as well as the marvelous sea view.
There is a pool with complete privacy, 2 outside BBQ and a gas grill for you to enjoy your vacations.
The house is gated and surrounded by a wall to ensure absolute privacy. There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms in the house and each of them has it´s own bathroom.
There is an additional airconditioned room in the basement which can be set up as additional bed room, or gym / dance room with stretching mats and boxing bag etc it also has a bath room.

Travel : The airport is 30 min. by car and the port is 20min. by car from the house. To use your own transportation is recommended and there are a lot of car rentals around available on the island.
Distances: The nearest town is Naoussa ( 8 min. of driving).
It is ancient port and it was voted “The Most Beautiful Old Port In Greece”.
In Naoussa you can find all places of entertainment : restaurants, shopping, bars and clubs.

Peace in Paros Paradise

Great house to share with a group of 6 adults. 3 of the 4 beds where comfortable . Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking everything from simple bbqs(gas or charcoal)to gourmet meals. **Wooden countertops were a challenge to maintain. Close drives to several great beaches - but you need to have your own beach towels. The area was very quiet, the home was private and secure. Main part of the house doesn’t have AC but the ceiling fans and open windows with the great breeze kept the house very comfortable and each bedroom had its own AC. Everything you need is within a 15 to 30 min drive.(groceries, beaches, restaurants,bakery) we would stay here again.

Tolles Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück, sehr ruhige Lage abseits jeglichen Trubels und das im August, toller großer Pool. Im Haus, Küche Garten ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Lutz ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit und können das abhaust nur empfehlen.

Un bon séjour mais pas à l’endroit souhaité

Nous avions choisi cette propriété pour sa localisation contiguë à Naoussa, critère principal pour des ados qui sortent le soir. La carte Abritel était très claire. En réalité, la localisation indiquée sur la carte était erronée et la maison située en fait à 6/7 kms de Naoussa, dans un endroit isolé, ce qui a engendré des frais de taxi... Nous avons appris cette erreur une fois le montant de la réservation payé. A titre de compensation, la maison était entièrement équipée et agréable, la piscine grande et à bonne température, les espaces extérieurs nombreux et plutôt conviviaux. Accès plage pas hyper simple sans voiture (également un peu loin - 15 / 20 minutes à pied pour une plage ventée et assez sauvage). Voiture indispensable pour tout y compris pour aller chercher le pain. À noter : la présence de deux chats non signalée, attachés à la maison (à nourrir). Et des chiens bruyants à côté. Dans un contexte de transparence, nous aurions donc fait un autre choix (l’offre de maisons étant très large vu que nous avions réservé en tout début d'année). Donc, vraie déception, mais bon séjour car nous aimons cette île.

Great house! Amazing location.

Only a few km outside Naoussa, perfect house, great pool, very close to a secret beach. Lutz is an amazing host. We had a wonderful time.

Superbes vacances - ravis de cette location

Une très belle maison très confortable, conforme à la description et aux photos. La maison est très grande et très bien équipée, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut :) Les belles terrasses, pour des ambiances différentes, permettent de varier les plaisirs tout en ayant la bonne orientation par rapport au soleil, et donne donc du choix par rapport au moment de la journée (en fonction de la chaleur). La piscine est très bien, et la plage n'est pas tres loin. Les indications et réponses de Lutz ont été très bien appréciées, il est vraiment super à l'écoute des questions et les réponses sont très rapides. Sur place, Klaus nous a beaucoup aidés dans notre séjour... Rien à redire !! les 2 sont très gentils et très helpful. On recommande sans aucune hesitation. On était 2 adultes et 3 adolescents de 13 à 18 ans.

Very Nice Stay in a Very Good House

We really appreciated the stay in that pool house. We stayed 15 days with our 3 kids. The house is as described. Just good surprised : Music can be everywhere at any time and all is done to enjoy unstressed life. When arriving the owner came to pick us and show us the basics of the island and explained us the bests places to go, what to do and what to not do. And a special congrats for the full cleaning made between the 2 weeks ... Thanks for this really good time we had had ! .

excellent séjour

La maison est très agréable avec de multiples terrasses, très bien équipée et facile à vivre. le jardin est très bien entretenu avec de ravissants oliviers.la piscine est très belle. La vue est magnifique. A quelques minutes en voiture d'une ravissante crique pour se baigner. L'endroit est très calme. L'accueil de Lutz et Arina particulièrement chaleureux et sympathique. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.

"We spent an amazing jour...

"We spent an amazing journey in this villa: full accomodation, very clean, nice private pool, quiet place (only one neighbour), ... The place is perfect for family or friends holidays. Paros is the most beautiful island because it combines rocky landscape but also a lot of green. I have been coming here for 30 years and still in love with it! I am a windsurfer and this island is my 2nd home. There are a lot of others things to do as well, such as horseback riding, hiking, biking, beach volley, going out etc
