L'Occident is a family home that can accommodate 10 people.

The villa has a splendid terrace offering a 180-degree south-facing panoramic view of the sea, a direct access to the beach, 5 beautiful bedrooms, 3 large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a double living room, a dining room, a TV room, a large garden with an herb garden (rosmary, sage, mint and verbena), WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning service, a bookcase with games, books and DVDs.

The villa offers the following optional extras on request:
* a "linen and bed preparation" package at a cost of €150
* a "pet supplement" package at a cost of €50/pet (maximum 2 dogs).

Meal preparation and daily cleaning can also be booked on request.

Par ailleurs, la maison a beaucoup de charme et est équipée avec le nécessaire pour quelques jours de vacances. Quelques jours en famille. Emplacement, terrasse et vue magnifique sur la baie et la plage. La proximitĂ© du centre ville permet d'oublier la voiture. Un souci concernant la plomberie : malgrĂ© 3 salles de bain, impossible de prendre 2 douches en mĂȘme temps car pas d'eau chaude simultanĂ© et l'isolation des fenĂȘtres qui laisse passer les courants d'air et un bruit de vent continu pendant les jours de mauvais temps. DisponibilitĂ© de Mme Danjou pour l'accueil et le dĂ©part du sĂ©jour.

Une Villa avec panorama à 180 °

Nous avons passĂ© un formidable week-end de dĂ©tente en famille. La villa bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue Ă  180° sur la baie oĂč le spectacle est permanent (d'une tempĂȘte avec les Ă©lĂ©ments dĂ©chaĂźnĂ©s jusqu'Ă  un soleil resplendissant pendant lequel nous avons pu nous prĂ©lasser sur la grande terrasse) Sa situation vous permet Ă©galement de ne pas emprunter la voiture pour effectuer la ballade touristique en chemin de fer Ă  vapeur jusqu'Ă  St ValĂ©ry (10 mn Ă  pied jusqu'Ă  la gare) Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables et bĂ©nĂ©ficient toutes d'une vue sur la baie. La piĂšce de vie est Ă©galement trĂšs spacieuse, lumineuse avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Un petit bĂ©mol sur la plomberie trĂšs vieillissante (pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain du rez de chaussĂ©e) ainsi que sur l'isolation des fenĂȘtres qui laisse passer les courants d'air. Une mention spĂ©ciale pour la gentillesse et la disponibilitĂ© de Mme Danjou qui nous a accueilli et qui a toujours rĂ©pondu prĂ©sente lors de nos dĂ©boires avec la plomberie !
