Casavera in Friedrichshain- Accommodation in Berlin

Casavera is very well located in Friedrichshain. The well-known nightlife district around Simon-Dach-Straße, with its innumerable restaurants and bars, as well as the year-round flea market at Boxhagener Platz every Sunday, can be reached easily by foot.
The S41-S42-S8-S9 and the U5 station are not so far walking, it takes about 6 and 8 minutes respectively. Tram 21 Proskauer Straße station is by the front door.
The house is close to nightlife, but not so close to be disturbed by people. You can find however pubs and restaurants close to the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with a french bed (memory foam mattress) and one sofa bed (140x200), there is everything you need to cook, an iron, a cloth washing machine and a lcd TV. There is a free wi-fi connection. It has independent heating system, there is not air conditioning, however the house is not warm in summer.
The flat is at the second floor without elevator.
In Dolziger Strasse there is free parking and you can park cycle in the courtyard.

We had a great time! It’s a great apartment with plenty of space for two. There’s plenty to do nearby and it’s easy to get deeper into the city. The space was clean and our host was very communicative and understanding when our flight got cancelled last minute and we had to adjust our dates. I would highly recommend!

I had a fabulous stay! Friendly owners, easy check-in/check-out, well equipped kitchen, quiet building, very clean and comfortable apartment. Internet was very reliable, although a bit on the slow side. Location was perfect with several train stations, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. I loved being so close to Rewe and Lidl. I would definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend the apartment to other travelers in Berlin!

Unterkunft, die alles hatte, was ich brauchte.

Für mich sind vor allem die folgenden Punkte der Unterkunft sehr positiv ein zuordnen: 1) problemloses Einchecken nach Absprache 2) kostenloser Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe 3) Netto zum Einkaufen von Getränken und Brötchen am Morgen auch ganz nahe 4) 6 Tage über 30Grad in Berlin, aber Wohnung trotzdem nicht aufgeheizt (da Fenster zum Hinterhof). 5) sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und S-Bahn in ziemlich alle Richtungen.

Berlín mayo 2024 en Friedrichain

La visita fue de 1 semana. Tuvimos tiempo excelente. El lugar es muy tranquilo y hay negocios de todo tipo alrededor y locomoción en la puerta. El apto es correcto y el precio idem. Hicimos todas las visitas y excursiones planeadas y en general fue un viaje muy lindo, aprendimos bastante respecto a la historia de la formación de Alemania..😊 lamentablemente encontramos muchas obras en la ciudad que nos impidieron visitar algunas cosas (museo Pergamon, Sony Center..incluso la explanada del Bundestag). Pero el alojamiento fue perfecto para nuestro objetivo😊👍

L’appartamento si trova in una zona centrale, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi di trasporto e comunque molto tranquilla. The apartment is not large but it is simple and nice. The color of the walls, the type of flooring, curtains and lighting create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I tried to customize the environment, as if I would live there, differentiating it from other holiday houses that I know in Berlin, cold and "generic". Coming back to Casavera after yout tour in Berliners you'll find a quite and relaxing place!
Close to metro stations you can quickly reach anywhere in berlin. Easy to reach coming from the airport.
