Grundsätzlich eine schöne Wohnung

Aber ein paar Sachen haben uns, vor allem auch unter Berücksichtigung des Preises, gestört. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarn und Untermieter sowie die Hunde gegenüber schon sehr deutlich, der Lüfter im Bad (wir hatten das App. 6) macht auch mächtig Lärm. Der Blick von der Terrasse reicht bis aufs Meer und ist eigentlich schön, leider ist direkt gegenüber eine Bauruine, über die man schaut. Die Dunstabzugshaube ging nicht und wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nicht repariert. Ansonsten eigentlich alles ok, Vermieterin und Kontakt vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis erwarte ich aber etwas mehr. Also nur 3 Sterne, Abzüge hauptsächlich wegen der Lage und der Hellhörigkeit.
