The house is in a secluded spot in the country, not overlooked and yet only 5 mins drive from the village of Mézin with restaurants, bars and small supermarkets, and only 15 mins drive from the bustling historic market town of Nérac with its lively and highly reputed market, supermarkets and restaurants. Visit Henri IV chateau and stroll among the ancient trees beside the river in the parc Garenne.
