Great stay!

We had a great stay in this beautiful apartment. Paul, the host, was very kind and flexible. The apartment is even prettier than the pictures show and the location is perfect. Only 4 minutes walk to the TC Super Morzine and 7 minutes to the TC du Pleney and 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket and bakery. Great house!!!

Great space in the centre of Morzine

Our group staying at this property consisted of three adults and three children (9, 7 and 6) and there more than enough space for us all. The property has a lovely homely feel and we loved the different spaces on different levels of the house. A nice large space for cooking and family meals. Ample space in the bedrooms and all with their own separate shower/toilet. The upstairs area for relaxing and playing games was great for the kids, with plenty of board games, games console and HUGE bucket of Lego to keep them entertained. The location of the property is perfect, less then 5 minutes walk to the Pleney lift. Lots of space to store boards/skis too.

Wonderful house with amazing space

We loved our stay at the house. The owner, Paul, was very helpful and very considerate when one of our kids was ill on the last day. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant stay at a lovely house which is also nearby the elevators. Thanks Paul.

Superb location and size.

A superb place to stay, right in the centre of morzine- in the middle of the two lifts. I don’t think you will find a better location for a skii holiday in morzine! Paul was easy to talk to and always helped with anything he could. I highly recommend.

lovely stay in Morzine

Bright and warm apartment in very short walking distance to the Pleney lift as well as everything in the town of Morzine. Paul was a very accommodating and kind host and we enjoyed having a big kitchen for breakfast preparation before heading out to ski. Our daughter loved the fun loft area, and the views from all of the windows was also quite enjoyable! We highly recommend this property. Merci!

Skiing March 2016

The apartment is centrally located and very close (5 minutes walk) to the Pleney Lift. This is where the ESF ski school meets each morning and afternoon and is walkable in ski boots to and from the apartment. It was so close, we went back to the apartment each day for lunch. The apartment is very large and fully equipped. The three bedrooms each have a bathroom attached. We are a family of 5 with three very large teenage boys and this apartment fitted us all in very easily. It has a huge table in the kitchen which is lovely to sit around in the evening. It also has a large mezzanine floor which houses a large settee, chairs, telly and games. There is a basement which services two apartments. In the basement is the washing machine which you can use if you wish The apartment has free Wi Fi and digital TV and there are also a few DVDs to borrow. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large cooker with hob and large fridge. It was immaculately clean and when we arrived 2 hours earlier than expected it was no trouble to get into the apartment. There is nothing not to like about this apartment and its location. It made our first stay in Morzine incredibly easy along with the fact that Paul, the owner, or his family were very easily contactable when we had a few questions and very happy to help. Morzine itself is a lovely small town, well equipped with lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc and all walkable from the apartment. We rented our ski equipment from Star Ski which is just round the corner from the ESF ski school and you can keep your skis and boots there overnight for free. Plus, if you book in advance, there is a 30% discount. We loved Morzine and the apartment and are very much looking forward to going back soon.

We absolutely loved this place!

Absolutely perfect! Close to ski lifts (super-Morzine only a 2 min walk) and close to restaurants Very nice bedrooms, firm and nice mattresses and one bathroom for every bedroom. Kitchen had a large table and all the appliances (especially the stove n oven) were new it seemed. Living room upstairs with tv and a Hockey game (super plus in my book). Very light apartment due to roof window I believe. Nice and clean when we came. The beds were all made up even. WOW!!!! We met the owner's mother upon arriving on a Saturday at 10 in the evening. VERY nice lady. The owner himself was very helpful and always ready to give a tip. THANK YOU PAUL!!! So, a great week. I can certainly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great place to stay.

cosy apartment on the perfect spot

the apartment/house is very well situated between the two main skilifts for acces to Avoriaz/Les Gets. Both within a few minutes walking distance, as is the city centre. The property is relatively new and nicely built, with a cosy atmosphere. It has a nice balance between modern and old, due to the vintage furniture inside. The owner is very nice and usually responds quickly. The only downside is we had only 1 parking space while it's an apt/house for 8. We could park in the vicinity of the property though. Unfortunately we didn't have much snow (an understatement), else it would have been perfect.

"This apartment was simply perfect! I stayed here with 5 friends during Feb half term and was surprised that I managed to find such a nice apartment for a reasonable price. It''s extremely spacious with excellent amenities. The two bedrooms downstairs have a double and single in each, with their own bathrooms. There is a large double upstairs and a further house bathroom. The kitchen / eating area is a great size, as is the living area upstairs which also benefits from a large TV and wireless internet. The location is also spot on - 5 mins walk from the Super Morzine or Pleney lifts, and ideally situated for bars / restaurants / shops. You will not be disappointed! Just watch your head on the low beam in the upstairs living area - 3 of us came back home with bumps on our heads!! Small price to pay for such a nice apartment!"
