Large windows in the living area look out over the water and up to the mountains of Avoriaz, creating a wonderful sense of space and connection to nature — all while being a stone’s throw from Morzine’s buzzing centre.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan lounge and dining area with a generous L-shaped sofa — the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. There’s a large dining table for eight, a flat-screen TV with French & UK channels, and reliable WiFi. Double doors lead to a balcony, ideal for sipping a glass of wine while admiring the mountain views.
Well-Equipped Kitchen & Utility Area
