Situated in a residential area, the house has been finished, it consists of 3 rooms(chambers) among which one with Italian shower, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 toilets, a great cuisine(large kitchen) opened on the stay. The air conditioning is reversible the whole is new.

The villa was well appointed and spacious with three bedrooms. The host was readily available and helpful. The laundry and bathroom facilities were good. The major problem was the inadequate air conditioning. Although there were units in each room, the one on the main, second floor could not keep the space comfortably cool.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz auf 2 Etagen. Der Naturpool ist wunderbar und bietet eine schöne Erfrischung an heißen Tagen oder nach Ausflügen zum relaxen. Die Gastgeberin Sophie ist eine wunderbar warmherzige Frau, die jede Frage bezüglich des Aufenthalts oder zu Ausflügen mit Freude beantwortet, die Diskussionen mit ihr waren sehr interessant. Mooi en proper huis met alle voorzieningen en airco’s op 3 slaapkamers en leefruimte. We kregen een zeer warm ontvangst van Sophie en kregen veel tips van haar over bezienswaardigheden en restaurants. Ze stond altijd klaar moest je vragen hebben, ze woont in een aparte woning in de tuin.

Un séjour parfait !

Sophie, la propriétaire, nous a accueilli chaleureusement, discrète, elle est restée toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes questions. La maison est conforme en tout point à la description, spacieuse et très bien équipée. Située idéalement dans un quartier calme à 10 minutes à pieds des commerces, toute proche de l’arrêt du tramway pour se rendre en tout point de Montpellier. Quelle déception !

Nous avions choisi cette maison pour sa piscine, mais celle-ci était verte et pleine d’algues. Le traitement nous a empêchés d’en profiter. La propriétaire aurait pu faire un geste commercial, elle s’est contentée de dire qu’elle était désolée et qu’elle ne savait pas si elle arriverait à rattraper sa piscine. La maison elle est très bien entretenue, la clim est parfaite, mais il manque des choses essentielles. Il n’y avait ni couette, ni couverture, il a fallu les réclamer. En arrivant, on vous soumet l’inventaire de tout ce que contient la maison avec le prix de chaque meuble et chaque objet, mais cet inventaire n’est pas à jour ! Problème de promiscuité également. Vous êtes dans le jardin de la propriétaire.

Que du bonheur à la Villa Agapanthe !

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille (4 adultes et 1 ado) fantastique à la Villa Agapanthe ! Sophie, la propriétaire de la maison, est très chaleureuse et continuellement soucieuse de notre bien-être. La maison est idéalement située dans le quartier Boutonnet, au calme et à 1 minute à pieds du tramway qui nous emmène en 5 stations à la place de la Comédie. Les équipements et la décoration de la maison sont top, ainsi que les volumes des pièces qui permettent à chacun d’avoir son espace. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai havre de paix. Nous recommandons +++ cette magnifique villa et remercions encore sincèrement Sophie pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme :-)) !

Endroit vraiment top, super accueil par sophie, endroit magique villa très propre équipée rien ne manque. Mes enfants ont adorés la piscine.ainsi que le jardin. Sophie etait vraiment discrète mais très disponible pour nous donner quelques conseils pour passer un agréable séjour. Je recommande vraiment cette endroit proche de toutes commodités.,très calme pour un séjour de tout repos. Merci encore à Sophie pour sa gentillesse.

Un lieu convivial et familial et on y retournera.

Je salut la réactivité de la propriétaire tant au moment de la réservation sur le site et sur sa disponibilité à l'arrivée et pondant le séjour. On a passé une petite semaine inoubliable dans un endroit chaleureux. Idéal pour ceux qui veulent repos et discrétion . L'emplacement n'est qu'un atout de plus du fait de la proximité des commerces et autres. Je recommanderais volontiers l'adresse.

Our stay with Sophie in Boutonnet

This is our first ever review and it was only fair that we took time to recommend Sophie's villa. We were really very lucky to choose this property. As a family, it was exactly what we needed, a beautiful well situated house, relaxing gardens that take advantage of the evening sun, a fabulous pool, handy location and a generous caring hostess. Also we saved ourselves the expense of a car by using the excellent local transport system and taxis as required. Located in a quiet safe suburb, this villa is really perfect for a family with children or a number of couples/friends who want to visit the busy town centre or beach during the day, and then relax by the pool in a quiet neighbourhood that evening. Inside the house is well laid out and appears purpose built - The photos on the internet don't adequately capture the sense of space and comfort. The local tramway which brings you directly to the town centre is a 1 minute walk from the house and there are a number of shops and restaurants / takeaways close by. The local Carrefour Cite supermarket is 15 mins on foot or perhaps 10 mins if you take the tram up the street Sophie and her family were the perfect hosts, perhaps the nicest family we have encountered in our years of renting villas in France and Spain. Sophie is meticulous in her attention to detail and exceptionally helpful. You really do feel welcome! This really made our holiday. The Doyle Family, Ireland

Modern, spacious and luxurious

What can I say to really do this place justice... Modern, spacious and luxurious. That’s what you get if you stay here at the Agapanthe Villa. Three very good sized double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. A big family bathroom serves the other two bedrooms and two separate toilets on each level make your stay not only homely but also very practical. The open plan living space on the second floor is superb, the modern kitchen with dishwasher gives you the home touch once again. A grand dining table and comfortable sofa with two arm chairs allows you to relax after a hard day exploring the city or chilling by the pool. There is air conditioning in all three bedrooms and a fourth unit is located in the living room. The pool area is lovely, a rustic scene with flashes of modern decking create a perfect balance. Sophie has thought of everything to make your stay effortless. There are two sun beds and two sunbathing cushions for those sun worshipers looking to top up your tans. Pool towels are also provided. Sophie will help you with anything, she speaks near perfect English and really makes you feel looked after. Ask for something and it happens straightaway. The Villa is situated in a great location, the city is so easily accessed by the tramway(Boutonnet stop is 1min walk away). A weekly ticket is only €17 and you reach the city centre in under 10mins. Amenities are close by, the Carrefour supermarket is a 8-10 min walk or there is also a Lidl 20mins away by tram. The beaches are an hour away... 45min tram ride and a bus will take you on from the last stop to the beach for €1 each way. If you’re looking for a home from home this is the Villa for you!!!

Sehr modernes und gepflegtes Haus

Wir haben zu viert eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem äußerst gepflegten Haus verbracht. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und in der Küche sind die Elektrogeräte alle wie neu. Die Lage ist ideal, ganz in der Nähe der Strassenbahnhaltestelle, wo sich außerdem ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei mit Café befindet. Ein zusätzliches Plus war Sophie, die Vermieterin, die uns mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft Busverbindungen für Ausflüge ausgedruckt hat oder sogar für uns "Tapenade" zubereitet hat, unsere Lieblingsspezialität aus Südfrankreich. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich im Kühlschrank ein Wein als Geschenk des Hauses. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass man sich den Pool mit der Familie der Vermieterin teilen musste, aber wir hatten ihn abends immer für uns allein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus mieten.

A perfect Christmas in a perfect Villa

We spent two weeks over Christmas in this delightful Villa 15 minutes walk from the centre of Montpellier. Although close to a vibrant city it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house can sleep 6 comfortably although we were only a party of 5. Sophie and her family were excellent and attentive hosts and we recommend them highly. We will stay in touch and would be more than happy to stay here again when next we are in Montpellier!

Nous recommandons vivement la location de cette belle maison de charme au cœur de Montpellier. La Decoration est très soignée, la maison est parfaitement équipée, toutes les pièces étaient équipées de la climatisation. C'était très appréciable. Jardin avec piscine reposant et plein de charme. Les propriétaires sont très très accueillants, et se tiennent disponibles en cas de besoin. Pratique - tram accessible à pied en deux minutes. En voiture, aucun problème de stationnement dans la rue. En bref, séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Montpellier. La maison est très jolie et moderne et on a tout dont on a besoin. Aussi la piscine et le jardin nous ont beaucoup plu. C’est un endroit très calme. Sophie est très gentile et elle nous a accueilli chalheureusement. Merci beaucoup de tous.

Fabulous Montpellier Home

What a beautiful home, with a warm and gracious host family in the perfect location, just a block from the trams to take you into the heart of Montpellier in minutes. Grocery store, restaurants and other walkable amenities too. We love the modern decor of the home and the layout was perfect for our family (2 beds down with family bathroom and one up w/ shower). We are already planning our return and will surely stay with Sophie again. Many thanks!!!

Je remercie vraiment la propriétaire de son accueil chaleureux avenante vraiment la au petit soin pour votre accueil. Villa vraiment magnifique très très propres très bien aménagé bien agencer. Proche vraiment très proche de toute commodité. Belle piscine et environnement. Vraiment on se sentait dans la verdure mais en pleine ville. J'ai hâte d'y retourné. Je recommande cette endroit de toute urgence.

We were a group of 5 belgium people, and we really enjoyed our stay! The owners are very friendly! The house is good located, a few tram-stops away from Montpellier city. The garden is a little bit small but very beautiful and the swimmingpool is a plus. The beds were good, big bathroom, airco,... In the kitchen, everhything is availible to cook a dinner.
