Townhouse living at it's finest! 3 bedroom property at an AMAZING value. SLEEPS 8!!!

Air Conditioning Split Units Installed Throughout Entire unit, all bedrooms, and living room.Upgraded appliances, furniture, granite counter tops; Flat Screen TV's now in the living room & in all the bedrooms!

There is queen bed in the downstairs bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms feature two extra long twin beds in one bedroom and a California King sized bed in the primary bedroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Have a larger group? We manage Townhome#37 that's a 3 bedroom that also sleeps 6 next door. Both townhomes would sleep 14 total!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.

The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The plumbing in the downstairs bedroom was subpar in terms of hot water and water flow in the sink. That said, the property served our needs and the kids loved the pool. It was fine for a short stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Located close to beaches and most tourist activities based in Kona. Highly recommended for a great place to land when you have a lot to do on vacation. The pool is nice for a quick dip if you need to cool off or to relax while the kids get some energy out too. We had a few bugs in the kitchen but had a notice on the door that pest control would be there on the day we checked out so they are on top of the situation.

Once again Knutson rental agency did not fail us This property was amazing.

We rented two properties for our group. Perfect location and they had everything we needed for cooking and going to the beach. The condos were clean and amazing. The management team are so easy to communicate with and are so helpful. We are going for our 3rd annual family trip next yr and will book with them again.
